Game's Take on the Theme
my spin on the theme is you are the boss(role reversal is the ultimate spin move) I tried to give the player Freeform of expression and seemingly persistent bullets like a Dan maku boss. I didn’t get to finish so this “player is the boss” take may not be as apparent as I hoped. Also a few spinning animation, map spins, spin mechanic allows player to keep bullets bouncing and pull bullets near player. Player can cycle through 3 skills .

I like the visuals and the ambient, I would say add some more contrast with background so that we see everything better, also I think player intertia should be reduced a bit, but maybe its only me. I rate graphics at most as i really like them but all is cool, also if you have time, please rate my game too, thanks!!

Unfortunately, I struggled with two things:
I wish I could have had better control over the player to fully enjoy the content of your game!
I think this game looks great and has potential but I struggled with the controls and movement. I felt like I kept getting stuck by the boss against the walls.
Thanks for the feedback. Were the struggles a result from sliding/acceleration flaw, convoluted controls, or poor physics implementation?
I quite enjoyed the animation and especially the environmental art. I'm glad to hear that the acceleration got dropped on character movement, that definitely would feel like an improvement.

The art and the animation are really well done ! The game would feel alot better if the player was not sliding everywhere! The overall boss design is nice and the mought appering from the floor is really really cool.

Thanks for the feedback and for playing! You’re so right I just changed it and it feels a lot better. I was trying to play with acceleration but it’s not appropriate for his base movement. I am glad you liked the animation because to me its a bit too messy for my liking. I appreciate you. Did you like the skills I offered? And are there any skills you want to suggest?
Honestly I think there is way too much controls, it is kind of confusing , i used the dash, the block(?) and the normal attack but i saw that there is ALOT of other things you can do in the game. So it was just very confusing, but it was playable with the ones that i used
