How does your game fit the theme?
I kind of took an odd spin on the theme, namely the fact that you ARE the calm before the storm, because you must stay calm so you do not cause a storm

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I created everything except the music, that's royalty free music by Kevin MacLeod

The art and music are wholesome and cute. Really good game mechanics and take on the theme.

Would have liked if the wall jumping was a bit more responsive currently it sometimes happens and sometime not.. Also faced a bug where my character was glitching while respawning causing me to restart the game.

Kudos!! made a fun game.. :D

....yeahh I'm aware that bug exists, I have NO idea how to fix it LOLLL but from my experience it's quite rare

Rare thing do happen to me :D

Might be the way you reset the game or the ground Check functions for jump that might be the issue..

this was cool, the character was really cute :3 weirdly it made me feel like i was playing 'the floor is lava' lol. i think visually it would be interesting if instead of the cooldown bar the character themself changed colour. also i ran into a bug a few times where i think if i was moving as i respawned i'd get locked in the storm and have to restart. otherwise the music and animations have great personality and the core mechanic is cute too. thanks for sharing!

Hey nice game! I think it definitely has speedrun potential. The controls have a nice feel to them too. I was just a bit frustrated when I couldn't see the lava blocks below me when falling, so maybe the camera could be pulled a bit further back. But all in all good job.
