How does your game fit the theme?
It starts low intensity by gathering strength and avoiding guards who can't kill you, only weaken you.
Then when the ritual is finished, the storm is cursed, and the town hero joins the fight to hunt and kill the player. Them being the only NPC who can.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I designed everything myself using the following free tools and assets.
1. Unity Third Person Character Controller with my added dash system
2. the Sound effects I made with Beepbox free website and Audacity's editor and effects
3. 3D models done with Blender/VRM and 3D animations I got from Mixamo and made some in Blender (the dash)
4. I got the concept from my grandma's favorite game miss pacman

i love the artwork, great work! where you supposed to be slain by the hero? was a bit confused whan i died with full health haha.
no the hero should only kill you if your blood bar is empty sorry about that but the victory end screen is similar to the loss
The art is cute. It's fun
I enjoyed the movement options, and killing enemies is simple but fun, especially when eliminating a large group. Just running into enemies might get repetitive for a longer game, but it makes for a perfect game jam entry. If this game does get expanded, I'd love to see the extra features mentioned at the end. Excellent work.
What a masterpiece! The world you’ve built is vibrant and engaging, and the gameplay is perfectly balanced.
The game look amazing. I really like the character designs. It is satisfying to move/dash through the people and guards. I wasn't sure on what I was supposed to be doing though, between collecting papers or just getting more kills.
Aaa cute
The graphics are nice, though the dashing sound effect was very loud, and I think the distance between places is a bit too much, but overall it was enjoyable
Love the graphics it reminds me of yandere simulator. The sound effect where a little bit too acute
