How does your game fit the theme?
The player character must manage to reach the Castle in order to escape from the Last Storm, which should destroy the world

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I took two backgrounds and item icons from free packs, but drew the rest myself. The code was written by me, but I often relied on guides because this is my first project on Godot. And great music from ELVGames musicpacks

Yeah, the randomness definitely is brutal :) Overall, cool entry, liked the art and music, very impressive for such a small time

A pretty sweet game tbh. Turned based games aren't really my cup of tea(for how random the actions are) but I still enjoyed it :)

Hopefully you'll also try mine https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-12/rate/2973690?after=20#post-10969722

Hee-ho. Nice game, cool art. Random is very severe (I almost died from one goblin)

Such a cool game, yea, the random is brutal for sure, had to try several times to succeed)

Awesome game, managed to first try it using the knight. The elf chef crit me and almost one tapped me haha! But I pulled it off by getting a lucky legs hit. I like the story and the ambiant with art and music. More items variations would be nice and maybe reworking the actions system, getting a head hit is almost impossible and often just ignored because of how unreliable it is. I had fun overall

ok yeah... BRUTAL Randomness indeed, I got killed by the first goblin twice... T_T

That aside, this is a really cool take on the theme and I did enjoy myself :D The best part about this game is your writing which is really good. It leaves some to the imagination but doesn't starve the player of important context.

I did encounter some bugs, first one was when I tried to flee a battle and succeeded, but then I still died when I just clicked "continue on road" and the second bug was that I couldn't unequip my starter weapons (and you REALLY need to have an equipped weapon to deal with the first elf)

I'd love to see a more polished version of this :D

Nice take on the theme, and very interactive with some very good storytelling! Would've wanted an option at start to turn down the sound, but all in all a great experience!

I loved the game and the graphics, encounters are also great, but i feek like both enemies and me miss too much.

This game is pretty great! I had 3 runs. I really like the atmosphere and the music fits v nicely. I know this game is supposed to be brutal when it comes to RNG but some fights its just me and the enemy trying to hit each other for like a minute😆. I really like the encounters. The UI is pretty good but I've encountered a bug where I couldn't unequip my weapon to equip a new one, because I dropped the old weapon and yet it remains equipped. This game really feels like it can be polished to perfection, very nice job!😁
