Absolutely fantastic! I love the surreal sounds and graphics, to give a sort of soothing feeling to killing humans haha. The bright/lurid colours were an excellent choice. Oddly, I found the lack of sound effects to be a plus because it added to the sense of detachment you feel as the player.
If there were different kinds of abilities I could see this becoming a very intense strategic shooter.
I'd love to see this made into a full game honestly. I'd buy it.
Thank you for your kind words. Interestingly, there are different weapons / abilities, but it seems very few players noticed. Did you? I'd imagine not by your comment, so I'll make sure to make this more obvious.
The story presentation is great and fits with the theme
The Pixel graphics look good and the gameplay smooth
Something about the blur felt jarring to me, I think either stronger blur to really hide the level, or weaker blur to just make the surroundings a bit hard to determine
The game looks professional, especially considering it only had 7 days for development
I played from start to finish, Nice work!

Thank you for the feedback! I'm very glad that you enjoyed it.
Stunning game on a very high level. Probably one of the best i have seen so far in the gamejam. Thanks for participating.
This game is pure magic! Cutscenes are absolutely awesome, audio sets up the mood perfectly, graphical concept is executed very well. I think it has huge potential to be expanded into full game with some additions in gameplay. I think it has huge potential to be my favourite game of the jam.
Wow, thank you for the feedback!
Your game was really fun to play! I enjoyed the graphics, as pixellated as they were, because it looked like a lot of effort was used to make the turning and squashing effects look natural. The music was nice, and the use of a narrated tutorial for worldbuilding was well done.
If I could make some criticisms, I would suggest adding some sound effects to give some more feedback during gameplay. Also, in the first level, there was a section with really tightly packed 1x1 squares that made it very difficult to move around, even when I could see my surroundings. It's not a bad design in general (love is blind, after all), but I felt it was a bit too much for the very first level - maybe level three or something.
Sound effects are definitely something I would add, and will add when I get the time. Thank you for the feedback, particularly on the difficulty.
Very good game.
Interesting cinematics, good story, interesting idea !
Maybe you should have made the reticle a bit larger, as it is REALLY hard to see (and your game doesn't need to be that hard)
But nonetheless, it is very good ! You got my stars !
Thankyou for the feedback! A lot of this information can be hard to gauge whilst only using my system, so it's great to hear how it runs on yours.
Definitely an interesting game! Subtitles would be good for the narration; I was having to turn up my headset to hear the words. During the tutorial part, the shop/inventory/pause menu disappeared, so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with it. The procedural dungeon part is fun! And being able to "recruit" new blobs is pretty funny, but they randomly die off for some reason.
Lots of potential here!
Wow, yeah, the cutscenes are very quiet on your stream! Thanks again for the feedback, I'll be sure to improve on these things in the future. Videos are the best, with all the extra details they give!
I can't believe that people haven't noticed this beautiful game.
I really loved the art and little story of it.
Music was perfect! Though, I wish there were some sound effects.
Overall it's a 9.5/10
Wow, thank you for the kind words! Sound effects was on the list of things to do, and will surely come around in a future update.
Probably because he wasn't doing marketing like crazy like we did:) And he doesn't have a WebGl build (he already wrote that something breaks in WebGL so he can't do it).
