Woah this is amazing! I can imagine this being a good game for kids to learn the keyboard, really nice. Made me realize how bad I actually know my keyboard when I get conscious about it xD

Thanks for checking it out! :D

I actually had the opposite problem of someone below, where I think the game  did not get difficult fast enough... maybe I am just a fast typer? Anyways, you did an amazing job making a good looking game in such a short amount of time! I love how you can see that the moles ripped off the keycaps, and you did a good job balancing the creation of assets with the time constraints of a game jam by making a really pretty map with only a few models! Definitely getting  a 5 in graphics from me.

Developer

Thank you for your awesome comment! I also don't find the game very difficult but I didn't want the game to be unplayable by some. :D

I'm not a huge fan of typing games, but I thought this was really fun. I love the art style, the moles are very cute. Also, it makes good use of the theme. Well done!

pretty good typing game. My only concern is just the same thing that someone said below. But over all nice entry! Be sure to give my game a try too :)

Developer

Already checked your game out! Thanks for your feedback :)

This is the first typing game I've seen in the jam thus far, and I think it's decent.  I like the ambient birds, the quite colorful aesthetics, and the reflex gameplay.  Although I do think the game starts out a little too unforgiving.  I would be great if the player could work up to faster speeds.  I would also like some kind of visualization of the time left for each key.  But, this isn't bad.  Good job.

Developer

Moles appear at totally random intervals between a given time frame (the difficulty), that time span decreases as time goes on so the difficulty increases, you may have gotten unlucky and more than three moles appeared the first time : p

There were timers in the development build, I opted for taking them out to give an element of randomness to the game and make the player sometimes feel like "Oh I did it" or "Oh, just missed it" :)

Nevertheless thank you for your feedback, I will definitely take it into consideration! Thank you

Really cool typing game concept!  It was fun to practice my English typing. Very nice a clean 3d models/graphics, awesome polish!  This would be a great language study game too (change the letters to pictures and language learners have to type the word) Keep it up~ Great job submitting a game to the jam! Please check out mine when you have time :)

Awesome idea, thanks! I'm glad you liked it :D  (I did already check out your game, very cool!)

Good game, It can be very useful for learning typing. You should give it a didactic approach.

Pretty good, although I found I could just mash my keyboard for a god mode

Developer(+1)

Wow, I tried that during development and it didn't seem to work that well, feedback noted and thank you!

This a kind of typing game you won't see often.

Your UI looks really really good and the asthetics in general are wall made.
The sound when typing in the right letter get a bit repetative.
Changing the pitch for each time playing could help.

Was fun playing.

Developer

Thank you for your feedback, I will surely keep it in mind! I'm happy you enjoyed it! :D
