Hey, pretty cool game! The camera was a bit of a pain, how it would quickly move all over the place while you move. It was jarring and made it hard to position the ship relative to the obstacles. There was also those invisible walls, which felt pretty arbitrary and had no indication. Perhaps there could be some obstacle there to indicate the wall, or maybe just allow you to move as far as you like. The game was fun overall, and even tho there wasn't much variation, it was interesting weaving around the place and shooting the rocks! Good Job!

Very simple, which is a good thing.  Your graphics look nice and I really like your sound.  The controls feel responsive, and the constantly generating meteors, while having visible pop-up, keep the game dynamic.  I do think the sensitivity on your camera is too much, and the edges of the playfield should be more visually defined.  Good work.

Nice and simple game! I really liked it. For feedback all I would say is that there are long stretches of gameplay where nothing happens and you can just keep flying straight. I know this is hard to control due to the fact that the astroids are random. Great work!

Thanks!

A really nice game. You did an awesome job on the black hole shader, did you follow a tutorial for it? (if so, I would like a link to see why and how it works :) ). Only the controls are a bit stiff (Guessing you didn't use a rigidbody and moved the transform manually. Transform Translate maybe?). Anyways, you keep going at it!

Edit: The menu is awesome, I love it :)

Thank you! I downloaded the shader however, I couldn't get the current result without customizing it. For some reason the controls in the build are a bit faster but in editor it was relatively slow.

I recommend adding a subtle fog effect so that the asteroids appearing isn't as jarring

Developer

I would add it but in the editor they were pre-spawned and did not look like the one on build. Anyways, what type of fog would you recommend?

The game looks amazing. The sound design is awesome! I really wish it played a little better in the browser. Good job ;)

Thank you! Yeah it could be optimised more but unfortunately I didn't have enough time. 😥

Nice Game. I think the controls are a bit quick, but that only makes it harder :)

Cool idea, I like the black hole effect in the menu.

Not that it matters much, but you should disable the quit button for the browser version since it will cause a crash.

Developer

Thank you! Yeah I forgot about the exit button for WebGL. My apologies. 🙂
