You can "rewind" time by going to different eras.
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
No, all sounds and sprites are from other sources listed in credits. All the coding was done by me with some help from some you-tubers.

The era switching not working was a security measure to make sure you didn't spawn inside something :) In hindsight I probably should've created an alert telling you why switching didn't work.
Great concept! The pixel art was excelent and loved the 4 eras with different obstacles and enemies.
Its a nice concept. I love the art style and great use of sounds. The jump was a it low at times . Its a little confusing and i think it can be much better executed. (Like having a tutorial) Great game though! Feel free to try and rate my game, its a little low on ratings. Thanks!

Game looked quite cool.
Once I jumped down the steps in the first part, where you meet the silver enemy, I am stuck since you can't jump high enough to get back on.
The feedback on getting hit could use a bump, I died once without realizing why; probably because of a bullet hit that I did not see.
Being stuck there is part of the games design, you must use the buttons at the top to switch eras and get past. Or did I misunderstand what you where saying?
Really liked the concept between switching to the different eras. :) Personally, would have been nicer with a bit more health as when switching to different eras, I would get "Game over" almost instantly.
Yeah, that's the main issue the game has, I agree that I should have made it so mines and spikes weren't insta kill.
The idea is amazing! Sound effects are also awesome! If you could polish this game it would be really cool! Great job :)
P.S. I laughed when I saw the WW2 soldiers' pixel art XD So different from the player's pixel art.
Yeah, lol I took sprites from multiple different places which is why all the sprites looked different ;)
But it was cool though :D
I think this idea has some potential. I found it clunky to switch between time periods, especially when switching into WWII because I would hit something and instantly die. I think maybe adding some indicator of which time periods you should go to, or adding a check to make sure you won't instantly take damage would be good.
Yeah, I agree, part of the idea was to take info from your surroundings such as cemeteries or construction to know which time period you should switch too, but I agree that switching to WW2 can be frustrating.
