In what way does your game fit the theme?
Rubella is all about teaming up with your fellow virus strains so you can do greater things. The more versions of yourself that you can collect, the more powerful you become!
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, all assets were made by me (minus a few of the sound effects purchased from Splice)

lovely game!
Very simple but without a doubt the most fun game so far! Genuinely was trying to get as high score as possible. Great job!
Super fun once you get going. Love the subtle story line, the music is super groovy, and overall the concept is fantastic. Nice!!!
The music and SFX are spot on! I just think a little hard at the beggining, when the camera is close, sometimes i just keep wandering without finding other rubella. Also its kinda hard to know which things kills you, so you end up avoid everything. Its is very troublesome when you die on the level 2 onward, you have to begin in the first level. The animation on the score and "hammer at 20" is so cool. A really fun game overall, sure gave me some laughs haha.

Fun game design, but massively punishing to just die if you touch water. Nevertheless I loved travelling around, slowly growing, yearning for the hammer! We made a top down microbes-game too, interestingly!
Cool game! It was really fun and i almost made it throught the entire game, but restarting from the very beginning when you die is a bit punishing, maybe just the stage youre at should reset. But otherwise great game!
That is a fun idea, and the music just brought me into the moot to play your game a while now, real good attempt and perfect fit to the topic of the game jam, congrats !
