In what way does your game fit the theme?
It is a chaotic 2d platformer where you have to dodge incoming projectiles which begins the chaos of dying and dodging.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I have written most of the code by myself but for some including the Character Controller, I followed tutorials. I have made the Player, all the music and the sound effects by myself but the sprites used beside the Player are from the Sunnyland Asset.

This is actually the first game I've finished completely, I had no reason to quit as it had all the right pieces in all the right places! The silly dialogue, the super hard yet super simple platforms, the crouch mechanic which looks funny, the character's smooth animations and movement controls, it's all super nice.
I don't exactly see how it fits with the theme other than maybe the inventions are causing chaos or the numerous projectiles being shot at you,
I loved it, enjoyed it the whole playthrough <3

It definitely fits the theme very well, arrows everywhere making it really chaotic and fun to play! The art style was pretty neat. Made me rage quit on a certain level cos I just couldn't beat it xD (i suck at video games)... Had a lot of fun :D

Ok so, I went back to the game last night because I was desperate to finish it... And I actually did it! It was one of the most fun games I have played in this event... Add maybe a restart button or something...? I'd love to speedrun the game!
haha you are in luck coz i did add a reset progress button in the settings!
Just press it and u gotta start all over again!

Ok so first try speedrunning (after beating it once), I beat the game in 10:25 secs which for the first attempt I think was pretty good... Tell me what you think about it, and I'll definitely do a bunch of more runs, and aim for a sub 7/ sub 8 idk lol... I'll make a video on it later(planning on speedrunning more games from the jam ;))... Once again, it was way too much fun playing this game dude. Absolutely amazing!

In case on entering the house u face a bug!
Just go to the home screen, click on play and then take the heart next to the house before going inside it!

Good job, the game seems a little too hard though (maybe an easy mode?), other than that - you did well. Maybe some more things you could add would be more levels, more projectiles, different environments, etc. I'm trying to rate a lot of games, so it would be nice if you rated mine!

The difficulty was really the hardest part i faced haha
Because for some it was too hard and for some too easy

The controls felt good, the soundtrack was cool, the level design was decent. I had a lot of fun! I think while the graphics look good, some of them don't match up that well. I liked the difficulty of the individual rooms. They are hard, but short, so you always feel like you are progressing. Unfortunately, the game froze at one point, I think right before the final boss.
Other than that, a great game!
Can you explain a bit more in detail about the crash?
And also u can always try again at the last checkpoint since the game has a save system!
Loved ur game btw it's really underrated
This, this was fun. You had a good difficulty curve, at least in my experience. The final boss was hard, but with enough trail and error I was able to beat him. This game really reminded me of celeste. Over all I think you did a great job!
Just a small suggestion, try using a tilemap next time, it will make all the tiles connect nicely without any seems.
Apart from that, great game and super fun! Congrats! :)

This game was really really fun! I was supposed to playing other games, but I couldn't stop playing this lol. The final boss was really hard, and I admit I wasn't able to beat him. Level design was really nice and passing each level was rewarding.

You can give the boss another try anytime later since the game has a save system!
(The trick is to figure out the pattern and using blocks to dodge em)

If you've made it using unity, can you also build it for linux?
i have used unity!
But I don't have much experience with importing for unity and am not sure if we can upload a build now during the jam
