In what way does your game fit the theme?
Bullets all over the screen, rapidly changing scenery, and tons of bright colors
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
All code for the game itself was written by suddenlyeva
The track files were made using the osu game editor for timing and placement, but I wrote the parser that transforms those level files into stages and our team charted them during the jam.
All image assets were made by NicoleWK, other than the osu! logo which is free for use.
Packaged music is from Purple Planet Music https://www.purple-planet.com/
SFX are free for use from freesound https://freesound.org/

Uh, the tile switching and text popping on score gain was really interesting! Awesome game :D
This is a fun game! While I really do like the art and controls, I'm not a huge fan of the music. It's nice music, but I just don't feel like it fits with this game.
Overall, nice work!
Yeah, I'd personally prefer songs with a bit more of a stronger beat to them, but under jam constraints I had to go royalty free and Purple Planet is really great for that.
I might look into contacting some producers later to see if I can use some of their tracks.
I just found out one of my favorite bands is free to use for non commerical purposes so expect to see maps from FELT in the future!

I played your game. Nice Art and UI Menu. Good job!
I liked your game!
This was a casual bullet hell. Because there wasn't any dying or restarting, i could just listen to the great music and fire endless bullets at the enemies. I played all 9 levels and played 1 remix level so far. Great Work!
Thanks so much for playing!
I definitely wanted it to be a bit more lenient so you could just enjoy the lightshow on really hard maps and just do your best while jamming
I loved it. ! every thing was great for me . Great Job
Thanks for playing~
THIS IS LIKE ASMR AND I'M HERE FOR IT. I've never played a game like this before, but each time the map would change on the beat drop I just felt an immense amount of satisfaction. I have no idea how you did it but I loved it. Secondly the combat was also really nice, and the sound for shooting the gun gave me even more tingles. The only issue I have with the game is that the levels are a bit long, but other than that it's amazing. I'll be back before bed to relax, cause this just cleansed all my stress. <3
Accurate depiction of me playing the game:
Wow this comment is just <3
I'm glad you enjoyed the game so much!
Thanks for playing~
Very nice game! First, I like how instead of dying you just lose points so you don't have to restart all the time. Secondly, even thought the scene is chaotic with projectiles flying everywhere you can still dodge without it feeling too easy. Very nice balancing on that aspect. Dodging is actually very satisfying.
Would've preferred if the map changed a bit less often.
Good job overall!
Bullet hells are my roots as a game programmer so I'm glad to see my experience shine through with them!
Fun gameplay, Smooth Control, Smooth Enemy, and overall pretty good 👍 Great job
Very fun gameplay, nice and obvious projectiles, didn't get lost or confused. Solid overall.
Thanks for playing and streaming your reaction!
This game visually looks cute, and the gameplay it self is very fun
it looks like this game could be an insane rhythm game and ill look forward to it ;D
Thanks again for playing!
This bullet hell game was so clean, and I loved that the environment changed to the beat, in addition to new enemies shooting different types of bullets created such a chaotic feeling. I love this one a lot, it was a bit confusing how the bonus in the bottom right worked at first, but in the end, enjoyed the game, great work!
Thanks for playing!
I was charting a rhythm doctor map right up to the beginning of the game jam and I just couldn't get the idea of doing something rhythm synced out of my head.
Thankfully I had got the idea of how to make it all work cause the end result was super worth it
man I love sincronisation with music, in my jam I ended up to do the boss to sync with the music, and it ended really cool, well allot of bug but yeah, I always imagine the best games in my head are the ones that really sync with music and you did that, really cool man really enjoyed, I will ask you to try my game, you can skip the first organs and go straight to the brain which is the one that has a speacial theme, see if you like it
either way nice jam best regards
I gave it a try, Thanks for playing and glad you enjoyed it so much c:
nice and cool game, i like it

Really original approach to bullet-hell game, I really love it, feels chaotic and yet relaxing.
I'm glad you enjoyed, thanks for playing!
Pirates, fairies and candy? Definitely chaotic. I think this would work better if the cam didn't scroll? Cos often you miss the rhythmic stuff as it's happening off screen!
I tried to help this by making the fairies spawn within a certain region that's on screen
I think the extra space is super worth some offscreening
Early prototypes had a much smaller map and it felt pretty crammed
Damn! This is kind of game I was actually hoping to make. This game was perfect for the theme. Plus the rhythm sync was cherry on the top. I love this game.
I'm glad you enjoyed it c:
Fun game! Rhythm based games al always fun, and this game definitely felt chaotic.
Could you play my game too? https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-6/rate/1174314 , would be appreciated.
It says there's nothing there o_o
Oh! I forgot to take it off restricted, thanks for pointing it out! Could you try again?
At first I didn't even notice that the bullets and the enemies followed the rhythm of the song (I'm dumb, I know) but once I did notice it, the whole game made a lot more sense (but maybe the colors are a bit too bright, but I guess that's also the point of it).
Two thumbs up, it's overall a really enjoyable game
Thanks for playing!
The game has an interesting concept but the length of each stage is a little too long, making the gameplay feel a little repetitive after a while. Great submission though!
