How does you game fit the theme?
Our game adheres to the theme by having the player in a dream like level. Each area drastically changes just like most dreams we have. You open a door, and you're in a completely different area. Our player can imagine different weapons and equip them from their imagination. As the player defeats enemies, they become more lucid and gain special power. Using this power though, lowers their lucidity and requires them to rebuild it. Eventually the player will reach a final area and defeat a boss. This boss has been keeping your piece of mind hostage, and once defeated, drops it for you to collect. Finally, you can awaken from this dream, but yet, none of it was real.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
We wrote all our own code, but most art assets were acquired through humble bundles or unity asset store with the appropriate number of seats. Credit is given on itch.io page.

Neat idea - I love the concept of being transported to different themed levels like in Gex: Enter the Gecko or Spyro. The idea of having different attack sets was cool too, although I'm not sure if the other two options worked as they didn't seem to have any animations (and the game slowed down for me considerably after I changed weapon). Collecting items to gain access to new areas like in Mario 64 was a nice touch too! Well done!
Good graphics. With a few additional animations it would feel like a more immersive experience and will provide better feedback for the player when interacting with the elements of the environment.
I had fun with this, I loved the graphics! You did a great job, would love to seen more animations like with the swing of the sword and what not.
Looks and sound great, a variety of weapons is good too but not sure that was needed
Pretty fun game. looks really good and gameplay was neat
Pretty fun with a decent amount of level variety.
WebGL version has lots of performance issues, although it was fun to play
BOOM BABY!
Loved the selection of weapons available; even if I was useless with the sword, lol
Great amount of content, and I thought the change in music really helped shift me from explore mode to kill mode
Well done!
I started by clicking settings in the main menu :(
While the idea is cool I felt a little bit lost. It could really use a small tutorial or something that helps you in your first steps. Also some the attack animations of the weapons were missing or hard to see so it was really hard to know where you were attacking.
On the other hand I really liked the art style!
Its a nice looking game, but I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing.
While the game looks and sounds amazing, it lacks in almost all other ways. The main gameplay feels weak, enemies feel like bullet sponges and I have no feedback on how far an enemy is from dying. If you are out of mana, you can’t regen it in any way, making you just die. "real" enemies don't feel any different from ghosts. And all locations feel empty.
Nice Game. i don't know how you managed to make a 3d game in such a less time. Rated it. Pls check out my game as well - https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-7/rate/1418152
Pretty nice game, would you mind rating mine too. That'll be a lot of help, but if not that's still fine :D!!
Interessting Game, the Mechaniks are solid and work fine.
