It took me so long to realize how I can activate the cheat codes! I pressed o and then escape, and then you couldn't press the buttons anymore, for whatever reason! xd
The game is really cool tho. I loved the Gameboy picture at the start, and the idea with the cheat codes :) That's really creative, good job!
Press O to activate the panel then select the code with the cursor.

Hahaha it took me waaay too long to figure out that you don't enter the cheat codes by pressing numbers, I kept thinking I just wasn't entering them fast enough before the ghost got me! Might actually be kinda fun to explore that way too? Still super fun and played all the way through :-)

man, i had some fun, but something the ghosts JUST KILL ME AND I CANT MOVE WTF hahahaha, the menu with letter O and the necessity to press the key with the mouse made it some bad, but in general i liked

That was a lot of fun. I wish it were a little easier to activate the cheats without having to use the mouse, it felt like it required some pretty tight timing at times to get the cheats enabled that I wanted without getting bopped by a ghost first.
Love the cocept of splattring the walls with spots to reveal the map. Haven't seen this in any other game :)

I beat the game without your skip level code! I used the ultra jump into no target and felt like a badass. Twice!

How do I activate the codes?
Press O
I type in the numbers or click them when the O menu comes up, but I still die hehe
Press O to open the panel. The codes are buttons. You do not have to enter them. Just press them :)
(Update that I got to play it, thanks to your hint!) I love the graphics. I'm terrible at games, so having a cheat menu is great.
My only comment is, the enemies are placed too close to the start of the level, so sometimes I had to restart a couple of times before I can see what's happening.
But the game's concept is cool. It was fun trying out the different codes. I can see it having more random effects (like everythingburns, or 100enemies) just to mess with the player. :D
