How does your game fit the theme?
You build a clone of yourself.
When you're done building it, it then takes your soul to live.
It goes on forever.
Basically : Your End is his new Beginning.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I did pretty much everything yes!
Sometimes took sounds from Internet but that's all.

A really well made and fun game. Both the visuals and music is really good. I know you want the game to be hard, but for me it was a bit too hard and it took a bit away from my enjoyment of the game. But overall a good jam game. Very well done.

Amazing game, very fun and the graphics look good, fits the theme perfectly and the music is fitting too, you were definitely right about the difficulty too and i enjoyed the cutscenes

Developer

Thank you for the kind words!

Glad you liked it, hope you had a good time playing even if the game was hard!

I really enjoyed this game, it's simple yet has a level of difficulty to it. The style is really nice too. Only thing is when holding the object it seems to float above the character which might be intentional but seems a bit odd to me.

Developer

The floating item was indeed intentional but I understand why it might seem weird to you!

Glad you liked it!

Ideal representation of theme

I was a bit hesitant about my Idea at first so I'm really pleased to read that, thank you!

I love how the traps sound like music and are all very fair giving you enough time and warning before they go off. Think disappearing floor detection is a bit unfair though because when you're between a stable platform and it, you'll still die if the floor disappears.

Developer

Thank you!

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with the disappearing floor. I must admit I had trouble making it work nicely and it seems it wasn't good enough!

I'm glad you tried my game, it means a lot to me!

Great game! Love how the spike traps are synced to the music along with the lifelike animations or I guess deadlike animations of the dolls.

Developer

Thank you!

I'm happy you liked my game!

Wow what a game! Impressive how much you got done in a week!

I loved everything about this game. From the music to the art-style to the theme implementation. And yes, it was difficult! At one point I managed to toss a bodypart on top of the level so I couldn't reach it but that was the only negative experience I had!

Excellent work!

Thank you sooooo much for your nice comment!

I tried my hardest to prevent from having parts getting stuck out of bounds but it seems I failed eheh :)

Really glad you liked my game, means a lot to me!
