Very fun mini rogue-lite. I did find it a bit easier when I just spammed the sword button. Against the normal enemies, I became a nearly invincible god. Boss was fun and kept the gameplay loop fun. Great job overall!

Very good game, I got a nostalgy rush just by looking at the cover art. Also the gameplay reminds me of the first Zelda game, the music loop is very active and good and the controls are very comfortable. Amazing job!

This game was amazing! I Keeping the health you get on death is great because you get to test yourself against the final boss over and over while still getting stronger. When you finally beat him it feels great! The game is designed incredibly well, and everything functions great!
Only small pet peeve of mine is that when you use the bombs, they don't show up on top of objects, so I thought there just wasn't a texture for them, and may or may not have blown myself up.
Other than that though, seriously, fantastic job!

Thank you so much! I'm so glad you liked it! I personally feel like the game could've been better with stuff like sound effects as well as the bomb and fire wand items, as they don't have that much of an impact when you use them. However, I am fairy happy with how the game turned out regardless. Sorry about the bombs btw, I couldn't figure out how to stop them from getting stuck inside walls. Sorry you got blown up lol

Great game. It realy looks like it could be and actual old nes game which is realy cool. the graphics look realy great and it's realy cool how every time you play the map is slightly different.

Nice game and I really like the artstyle it just needed a little bit more time for polishing.

I 100% agree with you that the game needs more polish. I started off way too ambitious and had to cut back on some features before the deadline. I'm glad you liked it despite this, though!
