I enjoyed this game and I think it has a lot of potential. The graphics with the camera angle can make it pretty hard to figure out where to go sometimes, but once I figured out where to go I found it quite fun. Also, I think I found a bug where if you get captured when you are too close to the mountains, the arrows that you're supposed to collect can get stuck in the wall. Other than that, fantastic job!

Yea the arrows just spawn randomly in the cage even if half the cage is in the wall. but hey, its a game jam right?

I live the art style, really consistent. The lighting is also really consistent with the pixel art/retro style. Also it has a monkey so that makes it even better.

Had lots of fun playing the game, the controls were a bit awkward at first but got used to them quickly. Poop shooting moneke for the win :D
YES! monkeys are just the best! the movement is a little weird. not particularly awkward, but more strange and it takes some time to get used to it yes. that was intentionally because after 1 mninute or so, you see yourself progressing in the game and thats good. i thin

A pirate gorilla looking thing stuck in a rock while a monkey throws dung at it is one of the most random hilarious things I've ever seen. The music is great too!

Very cool game!! Nice music, vintage graphics, art style, etc... Great game!!! The only problem is that there is not enough feedback for when the player takes damage :P
yes I noticed that too, but you hear sound when you take damage.
