(rating based of walkthrough trailers on your game page, as I can't download and play on my machine,.. but to be fair, I think the play through did a better job then I would have done, So i got to see more :P)

Great graphics, nice set up and feel. Seemed slick and easy to control.
Guiding player with controls early on through the text seemed to work well.

Great job, especially in the jam timeframe!

Thanks Morgan!

Top marks for visuals, no doubt! This is a incredibly fun to play game, once you get the gist of the controls. The character movement is a bit slippery, and I'm so glad you included a mouse sensitivity setting because that improved my experience by a lot. I had to practice a little bit to do the boost jumps, but once I got everything nailed down I was able to really enjoy it. Oh, and I think there was a bug with the later levels (3 and 4) because my crosshair simply disappeared, making it really hard to kill the robots.

I'm impressed that you could fit 4 whole levels in such a short time. The elevator part is very difficult but also very satisfying to beat. I'm happy that I was able to finish the whole game.

Overall, other than some issues with the control and hitboxes, this is an amazing entry and super visually pleasing. Great job!

Developer

Thanks for taking the time to play and comment man! Yeah I later found out that the UI in the 3rd and 4th levels got messed up due to me not play-testing the game, I was in a rush to finish the jam and I thought everything was alright! So sorry for that, I'm also glad you enjoyed, there's alot of problems with the movement, the camera and the hitboxes in the game that I would fix once the jam period is over! Again thanks for playing!

Really fun game. Perhaps not the most creative but great level design. I would put more feedbacks when ennemies are hit and rework a bit the movement which felt a bit weird,

Developer

Yeah there's alot to work on, the hitboxes are pretty bad and the movement is a bit too floaty from what I've heard, thanks for playing man

I don't know if it was you or your team that created everything, but the graphics are magnificent, the controls are simple and good, the audio I thought was cool, but the music was kind of repetitive and with very high frequencies after a while listening it started to hurt me head, and I also thought that my character walks, and slides very fast, ends up making gameplay difficult

Developer(+1)

Hey, sorry yeah I'm a solo dev so I created everything myself, sorry about the music though, I was going to randomize between music but well I ran out of time at the end, the movement has alot of issues that I need to work on, thanks for playing dude!

no problem, you did a great job :)

Great game! I had a few problems with the movement system which felt a bit unresponsive, stopping and starting a bit after I clicked the keys. Also, the hitboxes for the enemy robots are a bit small, because it only registers it if you shoot directly in the middle of the bot, not if you shoot a bit to the right or left! I would appreciate it if you could rate my game!

Developer(+1)

Visuals and SFX are really really nice, and the lighting effects are really good.

But I had some trouble playing it because of motion sickness, it gave me a big headache. The camera movement with the gun is kinda disturbing.

The game lacks feedback when you hit an enemy, but actually killing them is quite satisfying.

The rocket jump mechanic is pretty fun.

(and yeah the music choice is nice I guess ^^)

turned out amazing! nice graphics, music, robot explosions, puzzles. The character movement was definitely a challenge too, hard to jump onto the platforms and stay there lol

Very beautiful game! very frenetic, I liked it a lot, BUT the control is VERY difficult.

Beautiful game! Very impressive. The controls messed with me quite a bit, though. Great entry, though.

Love the visuals and audio design of the game, felt like a modern Quake to me more then Doom :3
The mouse sensitivity was way to low at start, gave a feeling of being lagged, but glad you gave a setting to adjust it.
Overall a well polished game, Cheers mate!

Developer

Eyy thanks man!!

I think this is a really interesting game and I like the direction you took. The visuals look stunning although I did notice that the screen movement makes this character really really hard to control at first and it could be a difficult game to play for anyone with motion sickness. The gun and such feel like it drags behind the camera which is cinematic but, not very intuitive.
The audio is nice and there's a great punchy feel to the shotgun, once I got the hang of the controls it was really fun to play.

I think this could be a great game if the camera moved less, like I said that's very distracting and almost hinders movement a bit. Great job though, this is a really good jam game!

Thanks alot for the feedback man and thanks for playing!, I'll take this to account next time, I did put settings to control the sensitivity though and a setting to turn off motion blur just incase, did that not suffice?
