I really like your game a lot. The music and art are well are also really nice. The idea of using virus to match the game jam theme was good but wasn't strong enough. I still really liked the game. If you have the time please also check out my game.
The chip looking platform bugged me, I thought it was some kind of a spiky platform...

Fun little game! The pixel art was nice, and the music was pretty good. I haven't seen this spring-jump mechanic in the jam yet, but I kinda liked it! The problem that I see is that the connection with the theme is a little poor, but other than that it's fine, nice game!
Pretty cool game! the way you jump is very cool and it adds interest to the game. The enemy's are cool too and makes the game even more challenging in a good way. The Music was very good to but when put on loop it became kind of annoying , so I would extend the song. But other than that is is a really interesting game.

This was actually a pretty fun little game! I ended up playing through it a couple of times my high score was 400 something. Good job!

The jump mechanic was really different and it took me a while to get used to it. I felt like sometimes the level was really hard like the first two times where I had the firewall chasing me and the fire barrier to jump through after two platforms so I got like 15 points, the third run I got 450 like points because the level was extremely esasier. Sometimes it seemed to me that I was hit by the flying ships but I took no damage.
I liked the mix between a platformer and an arcade shooter, I think it is an interesting idea to develop more.
The concept of being a virus inside a computer is cool but the theme of the jam was resolved in the first screen of the game and never used after that. If you revealed that you are the virus later on in the game it would have been more effective.
The music had a cool retro vibe to it but the loop was extremely short and didn't loop seamlesly.

yeah i am aware of all the problems you have mentioned, i tried to fix everything and make longer music but i am not an expert in audio just to find the right program took me one day about the jump i and some of my friends got used to it pretty fast so i left it as it about the levels they are generated randomlly so i think that is the reason and about the flying ships i found it very difficult if you die when you collide with it so i decided to make without any damage
