Great take on the theme! I loved tricking those cubes, that 3rd level was tough but rewarding to lead them around like that.
Like the mechanics and level design, but would have preferred less acceleration on the ball
Good idea. But I’m terrible at it. The ball was always going of the map lol
Why am I being attacked by game cubes lol. It was fun game. I feel like the Gamecubes struggled to follow you a bit and ended up stacking up on each other making it slightly easier than the 2nd level, but that is just my opinion.
The game is quite entertaining, I don't like the control that much but the game is interesting
nice job on this! i beat all three levels
managed to defeat the evil gamecubes :D
Maybe it's just me, but I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being chased by a giant Nintendo Gamecube! Then, two and three game cubes up through level three (I couldn't get past that level). I like the game concept, but dang is it difficult to navigate around the giant Gamecubes while also ensuring that you're not plummeting to your death. Nice work!
I like the concept, I only wish the movement was a bit easier to master (though that might have been intended?). I like how the red squares are random to allow some replay without knowing everything! Nice job
I could only beat the first level and only after more than a few tries. At first, I was a little unsure on what should be happening. The instructions on the page were a little unclear. Putting them in game during play might help a bit.
I think the biggest frustration for the game is the slippery controls. I understand the need to make the game a challenge, but this felt like taking control away from the player and made a loss from falling off the edge feel bad. Also, if you're using Unity's collision system, I would recommend shrinking the big cube's collision mesh to be just inside the cube instead of exactly on it. Or do it for the player. This makes close calls more survivable and exhilarating for the player, especially when cornered and you think you're otherwise doomed.
Overall, congrats on making this for a jam. I liked the premise of needing to hit points on a map before being able to permanently elude your pursuers. Be proud :)
I just wose the first level! (I won, then I fell off an instant later :P)
The game is pretty hard, but I like it!
Damn this game is hard man! Still fun tho :)
