I killed the first eye a few times but could figure out how to get out of the first room. I did get trapped inside the wall though!! Nice job on the graphics and sound effects!
Took me a bit to figure out how to get the shadows to stay, but once I got it things went really well. Really cool art, sounds and gameplay. I particularly love the creepy eyes!
i could not figure out how to leave the first room :'(
also, ditto on requiring one hit instead of three
Cool and fun idea. However it took me a while understanding how the shadow moves according to yourself.
This game was cool. It's a bit hard to chase down the eyes, but overall I like the concept and design. Nice!
cool idea, and this could be a lot of fun with a tiny bit more polish. For example, the eyes requiring 3 hits is functionally the same as 1 hit, right? Especially because they run away after being whacked, this becomes more frustration than anything. If the challenge is cornering them in the space they're in, subsequent whacks are simply repeating the same solution.
Once I figured out that you had to whack on a button to get a shadow to stay there, it was easier to navigate the gates, but it still felt a bit wonky.
I like the art and sound and atmosphere though! This world is weird and I want to know more. Good job.
And congrats to the team to making this in just a few days. This is a lot of stuff and you're all awesome for making games. Keep making cool stuff and refining your craft!
Was only able to get 3/4 of the eyes, but I really enjoyed my time with this game. I also got stuck in the door a few times but luckily I was able to swing to progress turns still and manage to get myself unstuck.
Cool concept! Nice implementation of the tele control idea. It wasn't exactly clear to me how the shadow moves with respect to yourself and once I got the shadow to stand on the pressure plate I moved through the door, it closed, and I got stuck. With a little more polish and some explanation I think this would be a very nice and fun quirky little game :)
