Chill game, though the days were a tad too long for me and I was hoping for some changes during the next day. I had sligth issues telling apart the lighter whipped creams.

My daughter played this a few times. Really good for her age. Like someone else said, the prices were pretty high. She was only able to buy 1 decoration and only 1 person showed up. She did think that was funny though ;)
Thanks for your feedback! I didn't think about kids playing this game, but it is definitely well suited for them (considering I make it easier). I think I will try and make an update when the game jam is over to add a normal and easy mode, both with cheaper decorations. She can come back soon and actually get to finish decorating and get to see the party! :)

The overall coffee shop vibe is very cozy and hits the theme very well. Because the play loop is so repetitive, I do think the target cost of decorations could have been lower to make game review progression faster. Having now started to review other submissions, I had the same worry about my own game (oh no, most people might not even see the little surprise at the end). In my case, I wish I had some 'auto-fill random tiles for remainder of quilt', in your case, deco costs could be lower, chance for customers to leave tips, partial payment (instead of zero) for incorrect orders. The bell to serve the order may have made more sense on the far right to keep the sequence moving left-to-right.
The artwork was well done. You put a lot of great work into this game and it shows!
Thanks for your feedback! Lowering the cost is good advice. Like I've said to others, I think when I was testing I practiced too much and got too fast at making the drinks, leading to the higher estimates of what would be a good price. I now know if I do a similar game to this again I should lower my expectations a bit because through testing I've done it a million times, but others haven't. I'm glad you mentioned the bell because I wasn't sure if having to back to the other side of the counter would be frustrating or not, so it's great to have some feedback on that!

This looks really cute! I love the art style and the Halloween theme you went with. Though I was confused for a second when the heart come up and I was unsure if they liked the drink or not since it was cracked a little bit, but then I realized that it was a stylistic choice. Other than that this game is really good!

Very cute game! And you did a really good job with making it feel cozy. I had a little bit of trouble knowing which ingredient I was supposed to use at first. But I understand that you used the colour palette and only had so many colours to choose from. So well done!
