Really cute art and has a very cozy feel to it. Nice!

A small piece of feedback: The entry to the next level at the bottom right of the map with Loretta is kinda hard to spot. ;)

Developer

Thanks for playing, Coding Bob! We're glad you had a cozy time. Great feedback on the map, too - we'll keep this in mind if we update!

The music makes this so cozy even though you're killing things <3 I like the dialogue and it feels polished! Only problem was that I got stuck on the place with C, A box, and a tree and couldn't move out

We're glad you found it cozy, Punniz :) Thanks for this helpful bug report!

Art was fun, with the NES vibes I found myself wanting a controller.  Great animations and sound, overall, great entry!

Developer

Hey fuzzmonkey, thanks so much for the comments :D I know our programmers really wanted to add more control schemes if we had more time. Controller support would be sick!

Was very fun. Got a little bit lost but to be fair I read like none of the text but I killed all the new toys and saved all the old. The story that I didn't spam skip through was good and I enjoyed seeing the enemies die and the art. For next time a map would have been nice but maybe that's just my navigational skills.

Developer

I’m one of the devs (art), and I also think a map would be a great addition! I am navigationally challenged, so I can relate. Thanks so much for playing and for the feedback!

Loved the art! I found the dialogue to be a little too long though, but maybe thats just me :)

Thank you for playing and sharing your thoughts!

Such a cool game. I love being able to see all the companions you encounter throughout when visiting a tavern, the dialogue and art style are adorable and so is the toy theme. The only real issue I encountered was that the AI seems to gravitate to the bottom of levels. Awesome work. :)

Developer

Thanks so much for playing, and for the feedback!

Really like the art style, gives me children's story book vibes! The game play is good as well i can totally see the LOZ inspiration, one thing I did notice though was that the enemies have a habit of getting stuck in the bottom corners.  Overall its a really cute game, with a cute story!

Developer

Thank you for playing and for your comments! I’m so stoked with how the art came out for this, and love that you’re seeing storybook. ❤️ Appreciate your feedback on the AI also!

what a wholesome game! Loved the art style and music, I just wish there was an audio feedback when you get hit, cause sometimes I wasn't looking at my healthbar :D

Great job! Keep it up! <3

We actually have an entire folder for audio for the character (which is a cute squeaky noise) and for the monsters. But our poor programmers were so busy that they didn't have time to implement it :( Thank you for the kind comment!
