Man, this is great! It's executed really well into a fast-paced, action-packed game! I think the player sprites are great but maybe choose either a less-detailed one for next time, or detail the environment more for it all to fit together nicely! Overall, amazing work, especially for your first game jam! Congrats - it was awesome! :D
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, we actually planned to texture the stage but had some problems doing it. The plattforms have different sizes, meaning we'd have to make a sprite for every size, or look for some other way to do it, which we didn't find.

Overall, this is a really good game. The concept, while very simple, is executed really well. The music captures the atmosphere excellently, and all the hazards make sense and manage to be both unpredictable and simple to understand.
