I found the comet and the spirit was banished.

What's there is good. Movement feels good, perspective feels right too. I don't think they all mesh perfectly well together but I really like the environment and I like the enemy and bullet art. This short part is actually kind of fun to play, reaching the end was satisfying.

Thanks for sharing!

I need more! This is such a good start and left me wanting so much more.

Hope to see you again next year.

You’ve got a lot of foundation for a good dungeon crawler game in your entry. Instant movement certainly works well, as well as perspective and general feel of the game. Keep working on it and you’ll certainly have more components of the complete game next time! :)

Oh I finally found the comet and lived happily ever after.

Movement is solid and dungeon looks nice. Not much of a game implemented and 1 as attack is awful. Sound Sounds and more objectives here and you got a game!

I found the comet!

I know there are a few missing features, but what's there is solid I think. The actual dungeon visuals with the distance fog and the emission/lighting applied to the monster looks really good! The textures are nice as well and it performs well for a godot (I think) web build.

I think there is a really good base here to build from! Nice job!

Nice prototype.  Obviously needs some audio, title screen and some UI and some addition features, but a solid start to a fun classic style 3D first person dungeon crawler game.

WHY THE HELL "1" for shoot?! Nah, its alright, a bit basic and needs some sound and hit feedback. It took me a while to realise, that I died on enemy contact.

As basic as it can get, so quite a good job on defining the genres basic. My biggest points to criticism are, that, if you already go for such a simplicistic approach, a fluid movement would have been nice and having fire on key 1 is a really bad choice in my opinion. Space, Return or at best, the left mouse button, would have been far better choices.

I had a hard time figuring out what was going on, I think I was getting killed by the monster and reset, but sometimes it just felt like I was teleported without knowing what happened, especially if I wasn't looking directly at the monster when it happened.

Nice game! Love the monster sprite. A death screen or some sort of indicator would be nice when you die, but overall a fun game!

Instant step is always a win, with stuff on the ground it is always a good idea to let the player see the ground of the tile. So perspective could be better. I some how managed to get off-grid so I could see the level from the outside at least this is what I assume as there was no more ground displayed. Its a solid start.
