Man, I played this game about 8 times because I really wanted to give it a fair chance. As far as I can tell, the lose condition is based on RNG. In my first five or so runs, I bought thiccness as the first move, and my plant toppled over before I could even purchase my second mutation. I tried making the bottom part thicker, the top part, the middle part, everything. I tried purchasing leaves first, but that just made me lose in a matter of seconds. It wasn't until the eighth run when I actually started to get somewhere. I purchased in total maybe 11 thickness upgrades and I still toppled over. I don't know if there's some way to control the wind, but making the lose condition 100% random and out of the player's control is just simply bad design.
I enjoyed the artwork, and I'll give credit where it's due, the game had wind sound effects, which is more than most 48 hour jam games could do. I think it would be nice if the wind would visually change to the direction the plant is toppling over towards, but hey, 48 hours. Nice work on the 3D modelling, and nice job submitting a game!
A fun idle game, my plant eventually just turned into a cone
Very nice and relaxing game. Always a pleasure to see someone attempt a 3D game for a short jam like this one. Suggestion: Inform the player of the prices earlier on so the player doesn't get confused while spam clicking trying to thicken/add leaves to the plant.
This is such a chill game. I made my plant into a tube. It's everything I hoped it would be.
My plant is too dummy thicc.
most fun I have ever had
Nice mini game with an original gameplay.
