Did your team create most/all of the graphics yourselves?
Yes
Did your team create most of/all the audio yourselves?
There is no audio (ran out of time)
How did you incorporate the theme "FREEZE"?
Instead of a Health Bar the Player has a Temperature Bar. It decays over time unless the player is close to a fire. If the temperature hits zero the Character "freezes" to death and respawns at the last checkpoint. The level art is also ice themed.

Nice platforming game. I liked the character's design and animations. The level design was cool, though there could have been a few more obstacles (like spikes) near the end. I also died a few times just from walking near the spikes (not in them); maybe their collision/trigger box should be lower. At the end you respawn at the beginning right? (I played the game on Linux using Wine.)
Not bad ! Good difficulty from start to finish
The controls were solid for a platformer of this style, although a bit stiff for my liking. The warm up mechanic took way long to fill the meter. sitting and waiting is typically a boring mechanic for most players unless you add some good player feedback, like a nice warm song starts playing and the lighting shifts a bit to make it feel cozy. If you don't do something like that, reduce the player's waiting. Remember, respect the player's time! Overall, good entry!
thanks, those are all great suggestions! I'll probably try a mix of rebalancing the wait time and making the campfires a little bit more relaxing.
That would be a nice addition!
Great work on the controls and level design. I do think the health should restore a bit faster so the player doesn't have to stand still for too long.
thanks for the feedback!
Oof that gravity is STRONG. 😂 I raged.
I'll keep that in mind :D

Interesting mechanic! Definitely wish you had time to get the audio in, but it feels pretty good to control and the level design was good! Great work!
Thanks, I'm glad to hear that I managed to pull of the character controls and the level design well. I might update the game and add audio design (among other changes) sometime after the jam, though I don't know when exactly yet.
