  • The overall vibe of this was really fun. I liked the designs of the enemies and towers, and stuff like the voice lines for placing down towers and the guy running in in the end with the white flag was definitely some fun additions. Really I'd say the biggest problem right now is it's just a little too easy. I put down a few of the cheap towers but after I put down the first cake and started killing a few of the broccoli dudes my money pretty much maxed out and I just filled every tile with cakes and won easily. I also think a little extra could be done to communicate to the player what's happening. Like what the different towers actually do and whether or not you currently have one selected. Overall though, this was a nice and fun entry, that could just use a few balance tweaks to be really great.
  • Funny concept ! Protecting your burrito ! I wish I had a bit of time at the begining to place turrets or just... understand what was going on. It's not clear that you need to click on tower and then on a spot, there's isnt any over state, so it's unclear what you can itneract with, so I lost a lot of HP on the very first wave then it became really easy. So the balancing is a bit off. But the idea for the theme is funny and cool.

I had a lot of trouble figuring out how to place the towers, and even once I did it seemed like maybe the game was having some mouse input issues; I think I managed to get it working by going fullscreen.

I liked the voice lines and the visuals of the game, was very cute

I couldn't figure out how to buy a tower. I tried clicking, dragging, and right clicking, nothing seemed to work. If you could add instructions I'd like to try playing again. Also once you die it just says you win, but I think you know that already. The monsters seem to move really fast too, but I can't tell how effective the towers are till I can buy one.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! To place down towers, click the tower you would like to deploy in the shop, then click one of the grey squares. Also, yes we know about the win screen (;

I liked having the three different towers and the Burrito was a nice touch. Had a bit of a hard time at first figuring out how to buy the tower. Loved the voice sounds!

Developer

Thanks for your feedback! We definitely could have made tower placement more clear, but we’re glad you managed to figure it out!

I really like the graphics and the fact that the burrito was eaten when I got some damage. I also liked the music a lot even if I would have preferred to hear it in loop through all the gameplay. Really good job tho :)

The sweetness has overwhelmed me.

I really dig the art. The burrito acting as your HP (along with the sprites of it unfolding as you take damage) is probably my favorite part. Great work!
