Notes (optional)
We are a small team of 3 and this is the very first game we made outside of tutorials on how Godot works. We hope the game is fun to play and that the small rogue lite mechanic make some peoples have a chuckle.

This is an awesome game! I love the art style and the gameplay, and it's really polished! It's really cute :D

Wow, this was delightful, and truly impressive for a first time game! The animations and visuals look very clean, and the gameplay is clear and compelling. It took me a few runs of my fish dying before I realized that you could spend money to upgrade the tools, though. I would recommend moving the upgrade shop to be with the buying fish store in between 'runs', since there is no way to make money during a fish 'run' there is no reason to open that shop at multiple points during a run. Overall, this is really excellent work. Great job!

Thanks! I agree about the shop and change have already be made for a future update so that you can access it when choosing a fish. This was a bad decision from early on in the design process and we never really questioned it before play testing.
Thanks a lot for your feedbacks!

It's very impressive for a first game! It looks very good and the concept is very creative.

I don't know if it's just me, but I find it quite difficult to keep my fish alive for more than a few seconds. I would have liked a quick way to switch between the sponge, the hula hoop and the food tin.

Congratulations on your gam

Thank you for playing! We plan to add shortcuts since a lot of persons are asking for it and we're hope to change some visual element to make it easier to see what is going on!

Cute visual, nice sounds, fun gameplay. Absolutely loved it.

Sometimes food sprite persisted between rounds, disappearing at some point later(I think it was because of changing to another fish type). Maybe adding shortcuts would be nice.

Overall amazing job!

Thanks for playing, glad you loved it!
I'll be sure to fix the issue with the food for v1.1!
I'll also look for shortcut or a way to switch between tools faster.

I find it really funny how the music doesn't change when the fish dies. It's almost creepy.
