Very creative design, especially the design of accumulating power underwater can control the player to design his own path. The program is very powerful. I have a lot of fun playing it. I hope we can communicate more if we have the opportunity.

The concept and mechanics are appealing to me, but I'm not really good at the game and get frustrated easily :') It's probably meant to be a difficult-to-master game, but I just could not finish it.

Maybe it's not suited for me, but it's still a good submission!

sick game idea, could actually become a real full length game

The game mechanics are fun to play around with, but the low leniency of the water storage and slow acceleration of the archerfish limits what you can do with them. I also thought it was funny you can flop around the fish with the mouse, which definitely saved my life a few times. The last segment, which I assume must be a reference to Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy and all its mountain climbing glory, is even more unforgiving than the segment for unlocking the elevator, being that both are aiming puzzles with a sharp turn to be made and targets off screen, making it, bluntly put, unfair, since the player is forced to aim towards something they don't even know the location of. It's like shooting in the dark. I did just realize there was a look around option, but I don't think it would help because the viewable part of the screen is based around the mouse location, and you have to aim in the opposite direction of the target. It took me about 4 minutes over an hour and more than 500 restarts to reach the top (because I kept hitting R whenever I was slightly off target to save time). I assume someone better than me would probably have taken half an hour, since I don't play platformers, but that would still be a lengthy chunk of time. For a game that takes around 30 to 60 minutes, I'd suggest a song length of at least 3 minutes, maybe 5 minutes if possible. It would also be helpful for the player if sections had their own music, so that they know when they've reached a checkpoint, because one assumes that every body of water is a checkpoint, but then they find out... it isn't...

it's not a bad game. the level design just needs some more consideration for the player and maybe an overhaul of the music.

Appreciate the lengthy review! I definitely should've made the game more forgiving. I didn't think it would take that long, I aimed for about 15-20 minutes of gameplay, but I am, of course, biased because I literally made the game. Making a track for each checkpoint is a great suggestion.

Good physics based game, as other people said I feel like the difficulty curve could be a bit smoother, but it's always hard to balance for a jam. I had fun anyway !

It's a really fun idea. I feel like the difficulty curve is maybe a little strong. That part (I'm assuming is the end) where you have to hit like 5 jellyfish in a row and a switch and then make it back down and get in an elevator was really hard compared to the rest of the game. But otherwise it was a lot of fun! Also, the music got a bit repetitive, but great job!

Yeah, I went overboard with that difficulty spike, probably to the point that it was too frustrating. There is another segment after the elevator, similar in difficulty, so not very fun

Really fun to play around with the physics in this! I’d like some easier flys(?) at the start to learn the rules of when I can keep them easier. I like that the Jellyfish refuels you.

The physics on this were really nice, its a hard game but very fun!

Really creative physics concept! The bubble jump felt really good. I was definitely running out of water kinda fast in the first part though and had some trouble getting used to it, got stuck on the ground a bunch of times. But overall I really liked it! The physics felt excellent  and the animation was great. Really nice work!

Above all, I love this game's sense of creativity. The propelling mechanic is so cool and probably the only time I've enjoyed mouse movement this jam. However, it is a little finnicky to use at times.

I couldn't see much, but from what I saw, this is awesome and one of the best games I've played so far in this jam.

Nice game!
