10/10 for presentation! I love the design and audio, I think in a full-fledged game I'd want actual animations, but for a project like this, absolutely nothing to complain about!
On the Strike mini-game I regularly failed on the second "item" and I think it was because the camera moves in between the first and second item. I don't know if that's a real problem, or just a skill issue on my part. Overall the game might've been a little too easy, with almost no effort I won by unionizing the majority of workers, but that's a pretty minor concern if I've ever voiced one.
Also, incredible job getting 3 languages in!
Yeah there's a couple of things that had no time to do a proper testing. Also you're totally right that it's too easy and also that makes it hard (and time consuming) to get the different endings.

this game does a lot of things right, you have to listen to people's concerns to recruit them, the different mini games are fun and polished, the art style is gorgeous, i love the loading screens so much.
Enjoyed the soundtrack a lot and the UI is gorgeous! Rare to see a game made so quickly have 3 language options as well.
