Hey, so I fell through the floor a bunch, then after reloading a few times, I stopped falling. However, I could not move... Possibly stuck in the floor? I'm not sure but it appears to be the same bug that Just_Artur got. Sad that I couldn't play it.

It's disappointing to hear that some people are getting a game breaking bug that prevents them from playing. I'm not sure why it's only happening to some people though. I think it's happening because the player is spawned before the level has finished loading so they fall through the floor or get stuck in the geometry.  It's just unfortunate that I wasn't able to fix it before the deadline.

Thank you for giving it a try though.

I made it! Really good puzzle design and it follows the theme. The first time I spawned I dropped through the floor. Reloading fixed it. I usually try to set my player spawn floor to -5 to avoid this as the engine likes to place you at 0 on the Z. This will cause the floor to "push" the player up and not fall through. I also got stuck in the elevator/rock room because I went in without picking up the gun so I had no way to knock the rock off the lowered elevator. You could just add another gun with the hidden rock in case players do that. Otherwise, very well designed.

I really liked the load checkpoint menu with the images.

You don't have to take a rifle into the elevator room as there is one on the ground, I've done some testing and it should always spawn there. I'm not sure how you got stuck however I'm glad you managed to complete it. Thank you for your feedback and advice.

I enjoyed your game too, challenging and a cool concept.

I can't move

Developer

I've done some testing and not found any issues with being able to move. Were you ever able to play?

I like the game!

A few notes:

- I discovered a bug, if I die with the weapon, I don't get the weapon when I respawn and so I can't progress in the game.

- The game could have a story, the visuals look good, but if you had made your own assets, it would have looked better. The puzzles are creative, although I couldn't progress due to the bug.

- Instead of "dimension change", there could be time travel, similar to "Portal Reloaded". Or if you wanted to insist on changing dimensions, there could be some graphic difference between the 2 dimensions. (E.g.: the sky is a different color, the walls are made of different materials, etc.)

Thank you for your comment.

When a checkpoint is restarted the weapon should spawn back where it was. I would be interested in learning what part you got stuck on as it seems like I missed something important.

I had ideas for ways to better differentiate between the two levels (custom assets, different environment, weather etc) however I thought it would be too ambitious given the deadline. If I continue to work on this project further I would improve on that and maybe even add a story element.

Thanks again for your feedback, it has been a big help.

This is the part

There's another rifle on the other side of the room you went into, hidden in the shadow. Use the panel on the rock to reach the other side and it's lying in the corner.

I just didn't notice it then xD

I managed to play through it and I really liked it. The last map was my favorite

Thanks, glad you liked it. I just finished your game and thought it was good. Looking forward to a sequel if you do one.
