Theme interpretation
We interpreted the theme with the caterpillar who wanted to do something impossible. Here clim to the top of the moutain.
Comments
Gameplay: The gameplay was good except the jumping was buggy, the failed boss fight feathers, and sticking to the walls was kinda annoying. I did like the leaf glider.
Graphics: I liked the graphics it was cool how they changed from level to level. Also the ending and credits were cool.
Audio: There was a song for each level and that was nice.
Innovation: The story is innovative but the gameplay isnt as much

Overall: Good game!
Can you try (and review) my game?
This was a nice submission! you could use some tricks like adding no friction material to the player or platforms as you get stuck easily! Also the extra high jump seemed to be random! Find my gameplay video below:

Nice game! I enjoyed the story and the concept. Really cool graphics, outstanding mountains landscape in the ending.
I experience a strange behavior while jumping sometimes, the caterpillar jumped very high, it was quite handy though :)
This game reminds me a bit to those 90s good ms-dos platformers. Well done!
Cute short old-school platformer, graphics are nice, music is in the tone, some bugs here and there (no pun intended) when jumping... and what about the feathers in the end? Nice entry anyway.
Really great art style, especially the cows and the mountains !
Gameplay is classic but nice. With some collisions bug and a possible cheat, if you stand on the edge of a platform and jump the caterpillar jump really higher ! ^^
This is a weird game, though only in tone, subject matter and art. Gameplay-wise it's a pretty standard platformer and I could play it without major problems. There are some collision issues, though, and I don't get how the jumping works (holding down sometimes is a glide, sometimes you get a higher jump). Game's ok, music's really nice.
Edit: Reading the comments, I never got to see the chicken! There were some feathers flying around, but no chicken!
Awesome graphics! Hade some trouble with hitboxes on ledges, also the WASD movement worked for only the vertical axis (i know that you only specified arrows though :) ).
Really cute artwork and animations. I really felt like Ed had some personality even though he's just a worm! Loved his leaf parachute as well.
I had some bugs while playing where sometimes he would jump really high and sometimes very little. He also wouldn't give me the climbing prompt sometimes and I had to backtrack to go back to a previous ledge. Also not sure what happened at the end of level 2. Was it supposed to be a boss fight? I just had feathers fall from the sky and didn't have to fight anything.
Fun game overall and a good jam entry!
Thank you ColorPalette !
The way we made the jump is not working very well. We detect the ground on the bottom but when we are in a corner it doesn't work anymore..
At the end of the lvl2 we made a boss fight yes. Against à chicken leg, but after the build, legs desapear.. I don't know why.
Thank you to play until the end !
I enjoyed watching the worm climbing the branch ahah.
One thing that can be fixed quickly, you might want to set the rigidbody of your character because he's sticking to the wall :)
