Love the slapping sound xD, it think the enemies could use some pathfinding, would make it even more challenging!
Outstanding visual! Excellent level design, hiding the fact that you're just walking through the corridors.
The only problem is that there are too few possible interactions for such a number of levels.
You can push enemies on spikes, you can push them against each other with your ultimate bone punch. You can make enemies jump on walls and laugh at them. But still, the game is quite big and I would like more different fun ways to kill these stupid giant turtle eyes. Exploding barrels, rotating traps, iron maidens. Something like that. Add this and the game will be just awesome
In any case, I enjoyed the game. Thank you.
I like speeding through this one. Slap the one eye'd monsters back and keep moving. I love the design of SKULLY! did you do the design/animation yourself?
Yes! Every models and animations are made in blender. The files are on my Github if you're interested!
The slapping is great, but it feels like you just stand there waiting for enemies to walk into you.
I love the character models in this game and enjoyed the comical slap effects, ha. Two main things I'd recommend that hindered me from enjoying the game as much as I could've:
1) Would be really nice to have some invulnerability frames after taking damage. Most games employ this kind of feature and it would've saved some frustration from going from 5 hearts to 2 by hitting one spiked barb on some of the sections with tighter platforming.
2) Would've been cool to see even just one more attack to be able to use. Slapping the eyeballs over and over became a bit mundane to the point that I just started to run away from the enemies on the later levels.
Overall nice job and good luck!
Those are indeed some satisfying slaps! good game!
