Game description
The world is overrun by criminals. It's your job to track down and bring these crooks to justice. Piece together clues by combining the cards and select the correct suspect!
Theme interpretation
We were influenced by the theme of secrets to create a game in which the player must determine who the correct secret suspect is that has committed a specific crime. We additionally don't reveal to the player what the actual crime is, and they must piece things together by combining cards and figuring out the crime along the way.
Wildcards used (optional)
Make time the enemy

Great video game.
Graphics and music are good.
I found the game quite hard for me, but the cross referencing card mechanic was entertaining and seems it could be fleshed out even more.
Thanks for the feedback! Agreed, with more time we definitely would have been able to refine the core gameplay loop a bit further than we did.
Quite a challenging game and it took me some time to understand what to do and what to look for, but once I understood the game became quite enjoyable. The music also lends to it quite well.
Thanks for playing! There is a bit of a steep learning curve but glad to hear that once you got it you had fun :)
I was a bit confused at first, but I really appreciate the suspect indicators. The graphics are impressive, and the jazz tunes add a great touch to the atmosphere. Overall, it’s a nice game!
Thanks for the feedback JaMe!
I really liked that the suspect indicators increased for everyone, and makes you pay attention to whose indicator goes up.
Although at first it was a bit difficult to keep track of every indicator. A small buffer or a visual indicator like a +1 for a short time would help this. Rather than feeling like "Oh damn it I missed which ones went up!"
Nice game, best of luck on your future projects.
Yeah, with more time and playtesting we may have been able to add more visual indicators to help the player. Appreciate your feedback, best of luck to you too Akarui!
