Game description
You play as an investigative journalist. You are looking into why the station isn't responding since your daughter works there. It is a government spaceship rumored to be conducting unethical biological research.
You get onboard undercover by hiding in an automatic supply shuttle. The experiment went wrong. The crew is either killed or turned into monsters. Now, you're stuck on the ship and must figure out what happened and lift the lockdown to escape.
Here's one cheat code for God mode, the cheat code is GOATS, but in Czech language.
Theme interpretation
The theme "secrets" impacted our game, Stellar Secret. It inspired us to create a story about an investigative journalist uncovering hidden truths on a derelict space station. The theme guided our design choices, from the mysterious atmosphere to the gameplay mechanics focused on discovery and uncovering hidden information. It helped us shape the narrative and the game's overall feel, making it a thrilling experience for players.
Wildcards used (optional)
Let players break the rules with things like infinite lives or invincibility

Love the graphics! Keep it up
very nice concept! I loved the art a lot, like the portraits of the main character and AI, and also the world itself. The background sound track is so catchy and added a lot of mysterious vibes. I love how the AI character would react to me doing different things, very nice. I also liked the floatiness, really sells the in-space vibe. I was disappointed that the game ended so early, would have loved to see more. I think you can build more on this!
Keep up the good work!
Thanks for playing our game. And for your kind feedback 🙂
Such a complete game, had a lot of fun playing it! Nice ambience, story, secret passageways, level design, difficulty. I thought the "jumpscares" were hidden achievements that you had to find haha. Flawless spelling as well, until the end credits ("desing") haha.
Thank you for your feedback! Yes, the jumpscares look more like collectibles than jumpscares :) We’re glad that you like our game!
This is a cute/fun platformer. I like the physics. They’re forgiving on the jumps and sell the fact that the character is in space. I am curious how all those spikes showed up on a space state haha - probably because of the lockdown. Good job.
We are glad that you like our game! Yes, spikes showed up because of the lockdown and evil AI :)
I love the graphic. But get a bit confuse when playing. I turn off the red laser by interecting with the red button, but why the raser is still there?
You probably mean the laser in the crew deck area? Our idea was that this one is broken, learning player that not every button has to do something, but its not communicated well.
Thanks for your feedback and trying the game!
A nice platforming game with a solid story there, too! I liked all of the fake walls, and thought they tied in well with the theme of "secrets." You also made a pretty fun and unique damage system with the static and stuff, and I liked that a lot too! My one suggestion would be to make the movement not quite so floaty, because there was many a time that I watched in utter horror as my character decended, very slowly, onto a spike that had not been open when I had jumped a second earlier (what I'm saying is the slow jumps mess up platform timing quite a bit, even if the floatiness ties in well with the space theme). All in all though, a great, charming game!
Thanks for your feedback, I am glad you liked the damage system centered around what we called `Sanity`. When loosing sanity, your view is limited and you sanity runs out - you are dead.
A pretty solid platformer, with the added touch of background narration being a pleasant surprise. Great job!
Thanks for playing our game!
This is a pretty good game, let me just give you some ideas for improvements: the movement feels a little floaty, I get the space low gravity idea but it makes some jumps weird, also, makes you need to space platforms a lot which doesn’t give a good visibility of the map. Also, the slanted isometric makes it a little difficult to make some jumps as it’s unclear if you can go over the ledge. Maybe adding a shadow over where the character is may help. And the spikes in the middle is a small platform are just infuriating.
Thanks for playing and valuable feedback points. Adding shadow as proposes sounds like a solid idea :)
This is a very nice platformer. Really good work on the art style. I'm also impressed with the amount of dialogue and story you managed to pack into such a small game. Sound Effects and Music fit the vibe of the game too.
Awesome work!
Thanks for trying our game. Glad you like the dialogs because we were afraid its too much.
Just wow. Very well done. Only three jumpscares got me, I got used to them after that lol.
Glad you liked the jumpscares - sadly there are not dangerous since deal only small damage.
impressive game
Thank you for playing!
Impressive game with a lot of secrets. The path was clean yet hidden, unlike most rpgs. The story was fun. The spikes posed little challenges, to which I think an autosave system would help. Enjoyed the platformer overall, nice work!
Try playing my game too!
Thank you for your feedback. Yes, I agree that a save system would help, but unfortunately, we can’t implement one in time.
Yes, I will try your game and let you comment, thanks!
Fun short story and game. I liked the hidden entrances. Great interpretation of the theme, and I appreciate the extra effort with storytelling and artwork. Gameplay was pretty easy overall, so I think you could have challenged the player a bit more. Overall, nice work!
This was a fun game with many secrets buried within :) I loved finding secret walls, and the use of art to convey where they were along with the path to follow made this game feel like it had a clear path. The story was fun and well thought out, and the retro sounds made it feel like a classic platformer. Nice work on this, I had fun!
The story is good and the game is clear enough on the path to follow, without being too simplistic or linear. I kept being scared since I was concentrated on the jumps, good job!
commander-keen style platformer, great if you like that style. Level design was clear and jumps all well positioned. but let down a little by the poor keyboard detection (often misses a jump and falls off the edge because not detecting keypresses fast enough) . I sadly missed all the dialog because it kept appearing while I was looking closely at the screen to try not to miss the precise jumps (with the keypress problems).
Classic story with a nice twist. I love the graphics and the “scares” when the ghosts/phantoms appear. Great use of the background graphic to help navigating the station. Well done.
Really loving the visuals and art of the game. Specially the level design is quite interactive.
The only thing I'd add is a way to hit enemies as sometime you get stuck in corner because the only way possible is being blocked by an enemy. Other than that great work!!
Have a shot at our submission too!
