I like the art style and the claustrophobic atmosphere.

The mirror mechanic is nice, but what is the player incentive to move outside of the beam of light since they lose the ability to kill the incoming creatures? Maybe have multiple beams, some shutting off progressively, to have a reason for the player to take a chance in the darkness...

Oh, this is a very atmospheric game, love it! It took me a moment to realized I could defeat the "stomp" enemies by running into them, but overall the game was a lot of fun. Really great job! : )

Interesting minimalist aesthetic - the colour palate is nice and soft too. It works well.

Gameplay reminded me of using the mirror shield to defeat ReDead in Zelda.

Very interesting take on the theme! I didn't get how to play at first, but quickly  figured it out it and it was fun to play. Cool that you made it using just plain canvas

I like the idea and it give me the eerie atmosphere. For the spotlight effect, are you using WebGL shader?

Thank you! For the lighting effects, it's just that the enemies are the same colour as the background, so the enemies would just blend in, unless there was another colour behind them... 

Kind of a hacky solution, but hey it works!

Ah I see. So the enemy sprites has transparent background with slightly off opacity.

Are you using context 2d as the rendering backend?

Yup, plain HTML canvas and typescript. The 3d effects are not truly 3d :P
