Fun game! I love the music. Reminded me of being in a Final Fantasy VIII dungeon. I was aiming for the ! at first (and for a while lol) but I don't think that's the biggest issue because you very quickly learn that it generates enemies and that the enemies deal damage.

EDIT: After looking at the other comments, I didn't realize there was more than avoiding and that I could shoot too. Agree that the particles and death animation are really well done!

I like the juice in this game: particle effects, screen shake (maybe too much screen shake,) bullets and sound effects. Maybe a subtle time-stop/time-slowdown after killing enemies could make the game even juicier. Background music works well, and I’m glad we get a warming where the enemies spawn. The controls are a bit sensitive, making it difficult to move around

Nice game. I especially liked the effects and the feedback you get when you get hit or destroy an enemy. I also liked the indicators which give you a hint from where opponents come. Some inputs, where you could improve:

  • Maybe it was intended but the movement was too fast for my taste and it did not feel like I was moving a spaceship in space. In such a space game I would prefer a bit a slower movement and one which is not so reactive. Basically in space you do not stop moving, only when you apply force on the other side. I hope you know what I mean :).
  • I did not get what the special ability was... I had the feeling that when I apply it, I got more enemies...
  • Maybe a point system would be also cool, to have an additional goal than just surviving.

I still had fun to play it and congratulations to your game!

the special abilty does spawn enemies but it is the only way to get extra time,living for 90+ seconds is the only way to fight the boss

After the timer runs out, it just restart the game, I thought I losed. Nice game, anyway.

A nice, simple game that's been really polished. Would've liked to see maybe different types of enemies, an end screen or a scoring system.

Super cool game honestly! You have done some great polish work regarding the camera shake effect and particle system when the enemies explode. It really adds a lot to the overall feel of the game i think. It is also great that you have included a controls tutorial in-game, it makes for a more coherent experience i think.
