Yo that dash mechanic is very cool. and the movement is pretty clean especially when you make smooth turns instead of instantly snapping into a direction. Playing on controller does definitely feels a bit better for its full 360 movement. Overall I'd say its a fine game nice job!
also... how do I get to the room next to where you fight the boss rabbit? The one with surrounded by cops.
I'm glad everyone seems to like the smooth movement and I'm also happy to hear that you played it with your controller as suggested. In order to get inside the room, you need to walk through a fake wall on the bottom side. It is the grey one between two brown ones and once you go there a enemy from the room might come to you through the wall, showing you where it is. I hope that walkthrough helps and thank you for the feedback!
Yeah, cool concept, fun to launch around the level, movement definitely works. Rabbit boss was a bit awkward? Wasn't sure if I was actually dealing damage, and then they just kinda stopped after a while. Also the textures are a bit too high contrast, feel like the textures should be a littler softer on the eyes for such a fast moving game IMO. All in all, good job, the core is good and fun. :)
Thanks for the feedback! It definitely seems I should of made it more clear your hurting the bunny, like if he would flash red or something. I'll definitely try to keep that in mind for future games I make.
Nice little game! I don't know if there was more content after the rabbit boss, I stopped after beating it. I really enjoyed the character movement, the crystal dash was very enjoyable to use and not clunky, and the character add that little "drift" when it turned that I enjoyed way more than I should have. One thing I noticed: I restarted the level on my first fight with the boss because I thought it was bugged. Only on my second try I realized I was in fact dealing damage to it, with its ears changing. It would have been nice to have feedback on dealing damage, like all other enemies had. Apart from that, an enjoyable little game!
Thank you for the feedback! After the rabbit boss you can find the credits which just tell you about the cheat settings in the menu. Also, you can use the gun against the enemies. Overall, you didn't miss much and I'm glad you enjoyed my game (-:
