Nice job! I think the music is hilarious and the "turn walls on/off" mechanic is implemented really well for the jam. Well done, I look forward to seeing what you do next!

And if you haven't had a chance to check out my game Foxy Boom Boxy, I would appreciate any feedback, thanks!

My favorite sections of the maze were the ones where you have to look ahead to see which path is forward, but overall it was a bit too long.

The boss fight was cool; conjuring walls onto it to hurt it was a clever extension of the mechanics.

The music isn't great. It could use some bass. Although, that scare chord in the boss song is actually pretty cool. Keep up the good work; practice makes perfect!

Is the main character supposed to be a rapidly flashing red and green light? That's bad! That's really bad! That's the first thing you should fix! Putting aside the photosensitivity concerns, it is ugly and it hurts my eyes. I spent a significant portion of time literally covering my screen with my hand.

Congratulations on the submission!

Fixed the blinking on gd.games. It will be soon on itch.io.

It will be on itch.io when the voting ends (because it does not allow me to upload something).

Thank you for your understanding. The gd.games upload looks great! I hope I didn't come off as extremely harsh; it's an easy mistake to make as a newer developer, and it could've been much worse. Some Triple-A games released in the past few years even had useless red-and-white screen flashing effects! It's the kind of thing that can ruin otherwise good games, especially for persons effected by photosensitivity problems like photosensitive epilepsy.

Great work! I hope you're enjoying the jam!

As an idea it is good. I won't comment much on the graphics and music because I believe you made them yourself, which is commendable, but there is a lot of room for improvement. As far as playability is concerned, it would be better if Maze were smaller because I spent a lot of time like this only to find myself spinning in circles. The concept is very good and keep developing it.

Maze concept is interesting, and the on/off mechanic is nicely implemented in the game. However, I kept on wondering whether I was going the right path or not throughout the game, especially at the part where I had to deal with a bunch of on/off switches with only one leading me to the right path. The unfitting music didn't help either; I had to mute the volume while playing the game.

The boss battle was nice, even though I had to figure out how to defeat it on my own.

The maze is well designed and I really like the switching mechanics. I think graphics should be little improved since the kinda glitch effect of the player can be a little disturbing.

You've established a strong foundation for a game. My suggestion would be to enhance the graphics, introduce fitting music, and focus on enhancing the overall player experience for increased enjoyment. During the initial minute, I found myself pondering how to activate the on and off buttons. Your maze game is well-crafted, and I commend your efforts!

Thanks.

I have created the music myself.

I enjoyed the concept, but the game's graphics felt a tad immature. Also the enemy seemed a bit too fast...? Overall though, had a good time. Nice work.

Nice game but i think that it takes too long to reach the boss and there is not many changes in the maze so it might get repetitive, Good luck i hope you work on it after the jam so it becomes a fully nice game!
