This was pretty cool! I like free-form tycoon games, and this had a lot of good ideas.
Definitely a bit finicky. I think dying caused the lights to glitch, because afterwards I didn't need to build a light system to keep the ship lit. Also, for reasons I'm unsure of, after a certain point I didn't need to keep a turret control on to be safe from asteroids.
The spam-clicking is a bit much. There are many ways to implement "skill-based" systems for that, like one of those simple bar/target minigames.
After setting up Oxygen + disabled Turret Control + Fuel Generator, I leisurely waited for my fuel to fill up (while writing this comment, actually). That takes quite a bit too long for a game jam prototype, especially since I don't think I can add any more machines to speed the process up.
All-in-all, very cool. Good work!

For a game that's obviously a beta, this has potential, you might want to have the player hold the "z" key instead of spam click. Of course it's up to you if you want to make a clicker game outright.
Mechanics needs to be improved but overall good game! Well done :)
Thanks for the feedback! I agree, as I was developing it it grew less fun and I could see the cracks in the gameplay loop. But I was all in at that point and didnt have time to even finish it.

I have some feedback to share. It would be beneficial to make the intro skippable; it's a bit lengthy for a beginning, and some players might not enjoy the wait. Additionally, consider enhancing the UI design for the dialogues and incorporating some music into the game. Great job overall!
Once I figured out the air mechanic it seemed like it could be a fun game. One thing I will say is though that the mining is a slight bit annoying especially since you have to spam Z so much. Shame that you didn't finish it.

Uh, how do I get more air?! I swear I tried every button lol. I just run out of air and die over and over.
Haha shit, I knew I should have given better instructions...
Basically you need to hit the metal deposits with Z(you start on one) until it breaks, then a construction site will pop up that you can build on.
Here you will need to build a generator for electricity.
Then you go to the next deposit and bang on that until it breaks and there you build an air generator and due to a bug you have to make sure to turn it ON with Z to make it start spewing out air.
