First, the start menu is excellent! Nice and polished with the instructions up front, colorful and blinking.

The game feels very polished. Nice bits of feedback between the SFX, popping animation, screenshake when you pop a bubble you shouldn't...it's very clear what is happening. Very well done.

The mechanic of having the bubbles that you shouldn't pop change based on the environment is a nice little twist!

I wonder if introducing some type of power ups or something would be a way to extend the longevity to introduce new twists? Or, instead of an "endless runner", have discrete levels that introduce different types of challenges (maybe different bubbles, different movement patterns, obstacles, etc).

But I understand that's all very out-of-scope for a jam game, I think what you have here is an excellently packaged, polished game for a jam. Nice job!

Thank you , I'm glad you enjoyed it. Initially there were coins instead of hearts u could collect to upgrade the gameplay, there were other mechanics too but had to it cut in the end. Some of these things will definitely be implemented  on a more polished version.

I admire your diligence to cut features and focus on polishing what you have!

Super fun little game, especially for being a "hyper-casual" game!

Love the idea of the bomb bubbles in combination with the changing colors of the "bad bubble." This simple combination of hazards quickly becomes very engaging and challenging! The "pop" sounds are super satisfying to hear, and the noise alone is enough of a reward to keep playing. I appreciate that you chose a few different pop noises as well, rather than always playing the same one.

A few nitpicks I have, though; The collider on the bubbles doesn't feel quite large enough. Sometimes it definitely felt like I clicked a bubble that did not pop. The color palette didn't feel defined enough. As the game went one, browns felt like they were mixing with tans, and it's not that they were even remotely hard to distinguish from each other, but when there is a brown and a tan on screen, and the borders are representing one of those colors, but aren't the exact same color, it becomes confusing. Lastly, that the time counts up to some undefined number before changing the border color, whereas I think it should count down from 3.

Overall, super fun little casual game, and very satisfying to play.

I like the chill music and the particles effects. I think you nailed the type of hyper casual game you were going for. I think having explosive bubbles and a constantly changing color of bubble to avoid is a good way to keep the player engaged.

If I had to critique something it'd be the UI and colors. Some of the text is misspelled and clipping and certain things aren't centered. I'm terrible at making UI's so I'm really just nitpicking with this >_<.

I do think a stronger color palette could help this type of project though, the colors right now are totally fine, don't get me wrong. I just think a strong palette could help the over atmosphere and give a really cohesive feel.

Nicely done with this though! It's cool that it works on mobile

music and sfx are really good and who doesn't like popping bubbles! only thing I had issue is some bubble colors aren't distinct enough from the boarder colors that I was popping some wasn't suppose to especially when the difficulty ramped up and even more colors started appearing. all in all a cool little concept
