excellent work... i had the issues with window size but overall fun experience
K Thanks for the revew!
Its a bit short and the controls feel kind of off but its a great concept and I had fun playing the few levels there were!
I was about to add more levels when... my comuter crashed and i had to fix evrithing in 1 hour
Ooof that hurts 0.0 My project crashed once but thankfully I only lost about an hour of progress and it was at the start of the jam so I was able to come back. Thats too bad that you lost so much work.
It's a solid puzzle game. I think i would be pretty cool if you had some levels with a mix of controlling single duck and a crowd of ducks, it would lend more depth :)
I love the pixel art, and I appreciate the extra work that went into giving the game a soundtrack!
on the last hour and a half i remembered that music extixted
Nice pixel art style and very match with the theme. Looking forward your other games later!
Thanks!
I will be uploading another game soon
Really nice pixel art and puzzle design. I would have had one key that cycles through characters but excellent otherwise!
Thanks! for the revew this game will be expanded
This is a solid puzzle game. I'm not sure exactly what the connection to the theme is. Is it that you control only one of the characters at a time? Because that seems like a characteristic of most games, sorry if that sounds a little harsh. The puzzles are well thought out though, and I like that there's no need for an extensive tutorial: The game teaches you the mechanics as you play through it, which is awesome!
I really liked the platforming level towards the end where you controlled two ducks simultaneously. Nice work!
yeah the theme is that u play as one duck
Apart from techincal issues with the window size, the games idea does indeed fit the theme!
Check out our entry as well: Ramen Origins(HTML5 version available) :3
Thanks!!
It's a solid take on a puzzle game. I feel like highlighting the ducks was a good call but sometimes there was so much going on in a scene that the lights blended in, you might consider either toning down the environment or make the lights brighter. You could also put actual numbers on the ducks. Also as others pointed out more instruction would have been good, I got confused pretty badly on the jumping puzzle because I didnt know I could jump. I enjoyed my time with it, brief as it was.
Thanks for the revew i will add a instruction
Interesting concept!
I didn't understand the "number keys" hint at first. Perhaps you can give more informations about the instructions on your game description.
Good job! :)
Thanks!
Dude! this is hilarious! I need these ducks in my life!
here is mine if your interested! https://newkryptonite.itch.io/the-lonly
Nice game!
Could do with some controls, I didn't realise the ducks could jump at first. Managed to make it to the end though. 5* for adherence to theme (controlling one duck at a time) but I too find it funny how many ducks there were.
Interesting design, I did have some trouble with the jump controls not being very responsive, but definitely a fun concept.
Pretty interesting idea - I'm guessing the link to the theme is you can only control one duck at a time? Certainly some challenging puzzles and I liked how the currently selected duck is lit a different colour!
I think the link to the theme is a little tenuous, but overall a pretty nice puzzle game. I liked the level where you control both at once most. Good job!
I find it ironic that the game is named "One Duck" although you play with at least 2 ducks every level. The puzzles were fun and the last puzzle was especially interesting. The game needs a control list (Even if written on the game page) since It took me multiple level to realize that I can jump with space. Overall, nicely done.
Thank you for the revew. I might expand this game on the future and i will defenetly add a controll list.

Same here. Why One Duck? xD I like the idea but the color and the flashy obstacles are a pain to see xD
I cant seem get past the intro screen
click the red text that's half off the bottom of the screen 👌
Yes, that is right and make shure you are on windowed mode
