How does your game fit the theme?
(Note: this game includes player-created names. We are filtering content, but discretion is advised.) You play as a government scientist researching MIND CONTROL on pets. You can only control one of the pets at a time. Meanwhile, the other pets run rampant. You must control them one at a time to keep them from harm's way. Some character's AI is controlled by inputs that OTHER PLAYERS submit (mind control interferance).

Presentation 5 out of 5. I love how cute and derpy they are. Gameplay is cool, I managed to beat 4 level.

Getting ready to play your game now! https://www.twitch.tv/thetagc
Very fun idea and top notch execution! The movement pattern recording is awesome! :)

Fun, panicky management game. Love how other people's movements start to appear on some levels. Perhaps using the mouse to select other animals might improve the feel of the game a bit since pressing space to switch animals feels a little awkward. Keep a lookout for the BIGCHUNGUS pattern that might appear!
Thanks D5R! Yeah certainly room for improvement on switching mechanism (especially on keyboard), I like the mouse idea! Also we will be streaming more game jam submissions tomorrow if you'd like to stop by and submit your game! https://twitch.tv/thetagc
Hey D5R! Thanks so much for submitting your game to our stream, we loved playing it! Here is a link to the VOD with a time stamp for your game: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/678470340?t=06h34m03s
I love chaotic games where you have to manage a bunch of different things, so this game was a total blast to play. Making it so there's always characters out of your control fits the theme real well (and of course, the animals are too adorable)!
Thanks Connor! I'm glad you liked it! We will be streaming more game jam submissions tomorrow if you'd like to stop by and submit your game! https://twitch.tv/thetagc
Thanks for the offer! I'll try and get a teammate to drop by if I can't make it!
Hey Connor! It may have been another team member of yours that submitted it, but we played your game yesterday! We were super impressed. Feel free to drop by today as well if you'd like! Here is the link with the timestamp for your game: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/678470340?t=03h04m57s

I love the idea of other players recording their patterns to create even more chaos! Unfortunately I understood it too late so mine just runs around trying to eat its own tail, but playing it was really fun and the concept oozes originality. Only problem I have is that despite having controller support the menus don't, but that's such a minor thing, especially considering this was made for a gamejam. I can't wait to see more of this game or the dev/s.
Thanks so much! That is a great point, controller support in gameplay but not menus is a bummer... If you want to keep up with us you can find us on Twitter! We'll follow back! https://twitter.com/stargardengames
One other thing we wanted to mention, Qthulhu. You can re-record your character from the title screen!
This game is so incredibly amazing for being made in 48 hours!!!
Thank you so much! We are streaming other game submissions if you want to submit yours: https://www.twitch.tv/thetagc
Wow that's insane. Being able to record and send to future player in 48H with that amount of polish, content, lore, visual quality, voice acting! Bravo
Thanks so much! I (the artist) was pretty skeptical when my programming teammates wanted to add cross-player communication. But they totally pulled it off, to my amazement. We're streaming games if you want to submit yours! https://www.twitch.tv/thetagc
Hell yea lets go that's nice
I like the touch of being able to name new animals XD
Thanks for playing! You can also record a movement pattern for your animal, and it will appear in other players' games! We'll check your game out too. We're streaming if you want to submit it: https://www.twitch.tv/thetagc
Coincidentally, I am already watching :)
I really like the concept, it's difficult but fun.
Thanks Sly Panda! We'll check out your game as well! We're streaming if you want to submit: https://www.twitch.tv/thetagc
Amazing art, super fun concept and adorable animals. One of the best games i've played in the jam so far!
Thanks so much for the compliment! We'll be sure to check out your game too!
Nice job! The art with the animals was amazing and the gameplay was good :)
Thanks so much! Glad you liked it!
We'll check out your game too!
Good game but i cant play in fullscreen
Thanks for playing! We decided not to prioritize full screen / different window dimensions for the sake of time. When it comes to a 48 hour jam, it is a lot easier for us to stick to one resolution and leave it in windowed mode. But maybe we'll set up a better workflow for future jams, I know a lot of people prefer full screen!
Very interestnig mechanics where your movement pattern is recorded for following players.
Thanks, LexZeiner! We were pretty proud to get that feature into a 48 hour game haha.
