Was bit difficult to play. Nice humour and ambient sounds, as well as dialogue voiceover!
The asteroids didn't collide for me at all o= always full health even trying to crash into them. Seemed like a bug, but here we are XD
The concept is cool though, throwing stuff out to move... (where is all that stuff coming from?!)
Some great voice acting in the intro btw
nice game :D I bit more explaination would have been nice
I like the idea and think this could be a lot more fun with more time spent on visuals like showing the items fly out of the ship and providing some direction indicating the target station. Good job!
So this game has potential. The intro was nice, though maybe a bit too long for my taste. It was good voice acting and nice graphics. Once I got into the meat of the game, the controls were intuitive nicely done on that front. No sound effects or screen shake for the asteroid impact made it feel like nothing happened. The progress bars blocked a part of the cute astronaut moving stuff around. The red and yellow text also distracted from the good art you had going on. I think if you were to further develop this making the stuff he's throwing out actually appear outside, would make a fun shooter.
Not knowing where I needed to go to get to the next level made me lose interest quick, either giving me a small map, or an arrow or intuitive level design would've helped give me a goal to work towards. That being said, congrats on finishing and submitting a game. Well done! If you could give ours a play, I would truly appreciate it!
I like the concept for the game of an interior room where the player has to fuel the ship. You could make this room different for each level with more layers of chaos or different types of fuel adding layers of intrigue.
The movement needs some polishing. When hit by an asteroid my health didn't drop and soon i ran out of things to collide with.
I liked the idea quite a bit once I figured out what was actually happening. Throwing stuff as the astronaut was also really cool. Not really knowing which direction I was supposed to go made it kind of frustrating to deal with. Maybe an arrow pointing to your next objective if you build this out more?
It's a nice game with an interesting mechanic
The voice acting was quite good but I am not sure what i was meant to be doing. Also the clashing of all the assets was also really off putting.
The idea is really cool, and the intro is well done. But I couldn't find out where to go and had the feeling that hitting astroid did not do anything to me ship. The concept is fun!
Cool concept, I liked the steering, though maybe I missed the goal/direction... I didn't know where to go, I just avoided the asteroids until the end.
If the items would fall outside of the ship I think it would be classic GMTK shoot to move game;)
I love the voice acting and the controls a lot. Only wished there were more obstacles and precise movements.
