Nice! Great interpretation  and execution of the theme!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Very kind words.

What a really nice game!  I love the concept and it fits the theme nicely. Nice art style and great sound design. Only controls are a bit tricky to get it to do what you want and it's hard to keep differentiating the different building types. Of course this is all a matter of fine tuning, of which there is never enough time within 48 hours! Very strong game, well done!

Thank you for the feedback.

We agree there are a few things we wish we could have polished off! This was our first 48 hour jam so we learnt a lot of things. Hopefully we can fix a few things with it in the future. Thanks for playing the game!

Incredible! I spent WAY longer playing this game than pretty much any other game jam game I've played! This has a lot of potential! My only critical feedback is that it gets pretty frustrating trying to get to stuff behind other buildings. Zooming out seemed to be the only way, but the distant view took all the fun away. Other than that, great art, great music, great feel overall!

Developer(+2)

Thank you so much!

We had loads of fun playing as we were making it. A few others have mentioned the camera issues so it is something we will definitely take a look at in the future.

I really like the concept of merge & grow

easy & casual gameplay.... but if you reckless IT WILL BE OUT OF CONTROL!!!

Will kept this interesting idea for my game in the future

Superbbb!!! :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you, I'm glad you felt that as well! We really wanted to capture the out of control feeling towards the end.

Really enjoyed playing this. Fits the theme well. Gives me that zen "Triple Town" vibe - the kind of game I can relax to. Only criticism is that the absence of a rotating camera did me in.

Developer(+2)

Thank you!

We found that zooming out worked a bit better than rotating (as the camera goes closer to top-down). But you're not the only one to mention the camera (+ rotating does look nice) so we may add it in later. Thanks for the feedback!

I always have a soft spot for the calming jam games. Some extra camera controls would have been nice, and I can't really complain about much else without being nit picky. I was almost a bit disappointed once I unlocked the final building. Great Game!

Developer(+3)

Thank you!

We played a little with some extra camera controls but didn't feel like they added enough. It would be nice to revisit that later though.

this isometric artstyle always gives me nice vibe, thanks man

Developer(+2)

Us too! Thanks :)

This is the score to beat (in challenge mode). Let us know if you do it!

Nice contrast between the two modes - has a lot of potential to appeal to a wide audience. Cohesive artstyle and nice soundtrack. Great job!

Thank you! <3

I guess you could saw the urban sprawl quickly gets out of control.

Developer(+3)

Bouncy out of control cities coming to a floating square near you soon!

Anything but!!!

Lovely transition from zen to chaos, its deceptively easy at first but quickly becomes very challenging. I could easily see this as a popular phone game, as it fits well with the short bursts of gameplay common to many phone apps.

Developer(+1)

Thank you! We definitely drew inspiration from some well-known mobile titles like 2048, it's nice to see people saying they get similar vibes!

We think the late-stage sprawl in challenge mode has some pretty good intensity too! :D

(+4)

A cool mix of 2048 and city builders as you try to keep the buildings from reaching the edge. Took a bit to figure out what the objective was, but already became pretty addicting when you figure it out.

Developer(+2)

Thank you!

I thought exactly the same thing! And controlling sprawl was a super cute framing.
