How does your game fit the theme?
We want players to find balance in a ecology/breeding system that is very volatile. The breeding system goes on with or without you, and you have limited means get the exact amount of a specific colour needed to pass the level.

The first time I tried it I sadly did not understand what my goal was. I was shooting at everything I saw, but they kept spawning. I knew I was missing something.
So I played it again today - I managed to get one purple guy, but after that only green ones spawned and I wasn't sure how to proceed.
I did have fun trying to figure out how it worked at the beginning of the game. I also like the fact that the different colours all have an individual personality, it really makes them feel "alive" somehow (and it also makes me feel bad for shooting at them accidentally, haha). Nice work!
Other than the game needing some form of on boarding, it is fun! After figuring out the goal and mechanics it was challenging and interesting.
As many of the others mentioned, a tutorial would be extremely helpful. I thought the idea was pretty interesting, though having some more predictable behaviors for how the spheres move would have been great. It still would have been quite out of control, but at least it would give the player some idea of what to do.
Agreed, out of control is cool, but the player agency gets a bit lost. Thanks for playing.
Thanks for the feedback :)
A simple tutorial would have gone a long way to understand the mechanics, but overall I was very intrigued by the premise!
Great and original idea. The breeding mechanics are not intuitive on their own, a simple howto screen explaining how they work would be very useful.
Absolutely true. Thanks for playing...
Movement feels solid! This is a weirdly dark game, haha. I wish the color breeding made more sense visually, I think it'd be improved if like, red+blue made purple.
yes using primary, secondary color mixes would definitely be more suitable. I actually realised that a some point this weekend, but then I never set it straight.
Thanks for playing.
