I really liked the story you were telling here and how all the art and sounds contributed to the stressful tone. I will say that the fact that your levels could suddenly drop while in a situation discouraged me from actually reading the text, which is probably why I failed so often. Other than that, great game!

Unlike many other text-based games, you added a cool visual user interface. The map feature definitely caught my attention, well done!

Original idea. I really liked how you managed to pull it off. The sound design is disturbingly good. Awesome game!

Great concept, and clever way to use the game mechanics and time constraints to put you into the shoes of someone living with OCD. Really clever, empathetic design.

The information could maybe have been clearer to read together onscreen, having the map (which was great) and stats all together without having to scroll? But overall, a great submission.

Mine's also a Twine game if you fancied checking it out? Would love to hear your feedback

Wow the presentation is really unique, i like it !

Very original! Touching the Out of Control theme with the OCD.

This game was a really unique experience that I enjoyed quite a bit. The save/restart could have disappeared though to give more room for the text. I also found that the real time change in stats disadvantaged me as a slow reader although it did give a sense of anxiety which the game is replicating.

Good concept love how it's also real time too

Really unique idea! I was constantly scrolling though, it would be nice if the links were higher up

I feel like it would be really nice if all the information was placed on the screen at the same time, rather than needing to scroll to see the stats, but overall a pretty fun game!

I like the message you were trying to give off, I feel as though it looked like an old fashioned browser text adventure more than a game though, a little spruce and polish to keep the engagement I think is needed, but I see what you were going for :)

Very Spooky, with a tuneup to the ui I could see this being a hit. The sound design in particular made me feel really claustrophobic which is really impressive!

Submitted

Definitely an interesting concept. The heartbeat adds to the intensity and had me feeling things.

I love the concept

Very nice concept! I think text was the best choice to really get into the character's head.

Wow that was really good. Best submission I've ran across so far. You just really manage to hit that modd, I dont have OCD or anxiety issues so I cant say I understand, but damn this hit the feels. The gameplay is repetitive but perfectly so, it doesnt get annoying and the goal stays clear all throughout. The art and music just fit so well with the mood. There are so many little things that are great about this, really great job!

graphics are a little unclear and complicated, very cool concept for the game.

Love it, the medium really works for it. Well done

Interesting concept, getting into the game is the hardest part however.

It was really interesting! I loved the strategy of having to perform tics in order to manage anxiety, that felt very real. I came in expecting a visual novel but got a management sim, really cool twist on things. Presentation dragged it down a bit but super solid overall!
