This was a super cute concept, and I sunk a lot of time rushing around the room to get every ingredient for that coffee! Good job.

Thank you so much for playing my game!

This game was really fun and intense, doesn't really fit the theme but ah well.

Developer

Thanks for playing!

Very nice concept, gotta love that hardworking beaver ! Nice choice of music and sounds and cool aesthetic.

Developer

Thank you.

The theme isn't super clear but the game is very polished and feels nice to play! I love the sound and animation designs, the guns felt nice to use and an the enemy were satisfying to kill.

Developer

The theme is supposed to be ”out of control” as in the randomness of the levels and the amount of enemies. Thanks for playing my game!

It's really juicy, I like the idea and I must say I had some fun! :)

Developer(+1)

Glad you had fun with it!

It's quite cool ! Though I found that the enemies spawned to quickly, making the game reaaaaally difficult quickly.

Developer

Glad you enjoyed it, yeah I agree that the skill curve was too rash.

Nice work! The graphics on this game are really cute and I enjoyed the polished gameplay. The coffee is cool especially. Well done. :)

Developer

You are a fantastic human being. Thanks for playing my game.

Cool game!
RNG was super brutal to me first run, giving me the revolver and a floor so enormous i couldn't find anything, which wasn't a good experience, but i think i may just have been unlucky lol. Guess that's the danger with random generation.

On my second run it was way better though, and i enjoyed it. Feels very polished for a 48 hour game, and gameplay feels good!

Minor note, the screenshake is bordering on motion sickness territory for me

Developer(+1)

Sorry about the excessive screenshake, and yeah RNG is pretty nasty sometimes, but I'm glad you enjoyed my game overall!

Pretty fun game.

Walls could use some contrast and it's hard to find the coffee machine sometimes but other than that, everything is cool.

Developer

Thanks for playing! Yes, the walls could use some, but I didn't manage to make another set. There is also a "special floor" that sometimes appears under the coffee maker but doesn't always because of a sprite layering issue.

That was nerve-wrecking omfg I've never been so scared in my life!! This is an amazing game. Great variety of weapons and enemies, every random level has a different difficulty... Only problems I could find: when you touch a wall going diagonally, you get caught on it pretty easily, which makes turning corners pretty hard because you'll stop and the enemies will have time to catch up, so you have to walk far from the walls which is a bit awkward. The hitboxes for enemies felt a bit small too, sometimes it actually looked like the bullets were passing through them. Overall though, this game is pretty much perfect, and the interpretation of the theme was creative.

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! I realized that the colliders on the enemies was too small, I should have made them a bit larger, and I should have also done this to the player so that it is easier to walk around corners, but in the end I didn't.  I'm glad that you think it fits the theme, and I worked hard to have a variety of weapons and enemies. Glad you enjoyed!

Had lot of fun! Felt really good and juicy.

Interesting game overall didn't understand the theme but played it for a while, good job

Developer

Glad you played for a while, that's my goal!

Very fun. I love games like this.

I’m glad!

This is really fun! Man, that Uzi is satisfying. Definitely evokes that feeling of "It's my first day and everything's on fire."

Developer(+1)

That's what I was going for! I'm glad someone could recognize the guns, and I'm glad you enjoyed!

I think the difficulty is tuned up a bit too high, and not being able to switch weapons after reloading killed me a bunch. Great art and concept though!

Developer(+1)

Yeah, I was going to add scaled difficulty, but in the end I didn't have time. Glad you still played though!

Submitted

This is cute! I love how it controls. It's too difficult for me to play well. but I love how it feels and the persentation.

Developer

Thanks!

Really cute game! I love how it feels to control. It's also really difficult!!!

Developer

Thanks for playing, glad you liked it!

A neat idea, though I'm not sure how it fits the theme.  How well you do can also depend on what kind of guns you can find, which feels slightly unfair.

Developer

The sewers are supposedly out of control. Thanks for playing my game, though. And yes, the guns determine how well you do, but that's just part of the roguelike element!

I just feel it's a little more luck-based than skill based.  In my opinion, out of control enemies doesn't feel too special, though I guess it works
