enjoyed the art and the sound effects a lot! wish it was a bit easier to put stuff in the right position tho, and some more levels utilising multiple elements would have been cool! overall a fun concept and a solid entry to the jam :)
Thank you so much for playing!
It's like playing Lemmings back in the day. The bouncy level was a bit hard for me, had to reset a lot before getting the exact placings right within the budget. I really liked the music, it sets a nice easy ambiance while figuring out how to get the Zeds to the exit.
That revelation of stacking two springy pads on top of each other producing a higher jump was a nice touch, I love little details like those.
Thanks for checking it out!
I’m pretty happy with some of the interactions between the tools- the springs were pretty hilarious to play with. It was a stretch goal to allow the selling of tools, but I never had time to implement it.
It's amazing that you did all this in 48 hours. It's really amazing.
What I've been missing were the possibility to know which item does what, when i mouse over a location to place it, I would've loved some position hint (low opacity visual indicator of placement), the hotkeys to these items and the possiblity to remove accidentally placed objects.
On the flip side, I had a lot of fun playing your game and spent more time on it than I want to admit. Great job!
Thanks for checking it out!
In hindsight, I really wish I had spend the 5 minutes or so to make a screen explaining the tools- I had hoped that I designed levels to help teach the rules of the game but without playtesters for feedback it’s really hard to gauge conveyance.
A cursor would have been great to add, but I’m still very new to unity and C# (I’m only about 2 months in) and had no earthly idea how to implement that. If I develop it further that is absolutely in the plan.
I appreciate the feedback!
For 2 months experience...this game turned out a masterpiece. Just saying...Great job :)
That was very polished, well done! I felt sad when the levels ended, I wanted more haha
I love it. It reminds me so much of Lemmings. Took me a second to get to grips with placing some things. Might be helpful to have a 40-50% opacity tile to show exactly where the item will be placed. Absolutely beautiful music and graphics too
yeah, that was on my wishlist but I’ve only been learning Unity for about 2 months and I have no worldly idea about how I’d make something like that happen haha
Thanks for playing!
Really pretty and quite polished. Wished there was a fast forward button but overall it's a nice and relaxing game. Impressed by how many mechanics there are!
yeah, in retrospect that would have been a pretty easy thing to add and I probably will if I end up developing this further.
Thanks for playing!
I really enjoyed this submission! I particularly liked the art style, it's simple, clean and effective.
thank you so much!
Your game looks really nice. The visuals, sound and general theme go together really well! Congrats!
The puzzles were pretty fun, and gotta admit, felt for thoze little Zeds!
Beautiful aesthetics! The intro is well done and the gameplay is fine. Did not know what some platforms do right of the bat and had to restart tho.
Thanks for playing! I absolutely regret not having some sort of information on how each tool works, one of the downsides of not being able to get outside eyes to play test before submission.
Original and beautifull.
A bit slow to play, and the sound is a bit off.
Overall a really well made game !
Thank you! For future consideration, when you say the sound is "off", what do you mean?
I think it's all the people bouncing ..etc make a lot of repeated noise when you play for a long time. But yeah that's just a little thing ^^
Makes sense, I totally agree. Thanks for the feedback!
