Zombies were bit too fast and there was nothing interesting in the room gamewise. Maybe add some covers and corners, so player is not just walking in circles around the whole room.
But shooting feels good and I also like the idea of shooting in direction where you facing. You must decide if you want to shoot enemies or run away from them.
I agree with the pacing of the zombies, I would have liked to create multiple different systems for movement, I still may in the future, so that I could balance difficulty without relying solely on the fact that the zombies are faster than the main character. I was also planning on having the puppies do a special attack after you save them, to help fit the joined together theme, perhaps I will continue to work on this game.
As far as the shooting goes, thanks, that was my intention :D
I gave Shadow of Conscience a go, The art, music and overall atmosphere of the game is very good, I enjoyed that a lot, definitely a tricky game, I find my shadow has defeated me a lot haha.
Wow, thanks for playing my game :D
And good luck, if you will continue to work on this game. Different types of zombies with slightly different movement is really good idea. Maybe add some really small that are also fast and aggressive, but can be shooted in one or two shots and the some bigger, that are slower. But this is up to you.
No problem! Yeah that could be cool, I think with some more time on this game, and some new features and bugs it could turn out to be pretty cool!
Me: *casually starts the game, feeling the controls a little...*
Zombies: *rushing from all directions at full speed*
Me: Ho Shit! O_o
XDDD
That was fun! I was able to get my puppy party! Yay :D! I wasn't expecting the boss at the last level, you caught me off guard X).
Nice entry man :D! Let's save some puppies! <3
Thank you, it was a lot of fun making it :D. I got a chance to play Piggy to Canada, I really like the music and the piggy doggo transition when you capture a piece, I was able to get ma piggy to Canada, cool stuff!
You deserve the praise man! ;)
And I'm glad you liked my game... XD
Thank you! No problem, hope you decide to work on it some more, it definitely has potential. :)
Great work, liked the art style, and the concept, gotta save those pupps!!! Great work on a fun game!!
Thank you very much! I played your game as well, really good visuals, nice music, really relaxing game, very enjoyable, excellent work!
Hard but fun! managed to save all the dogs, although the first room with the red railings is really hard. there's no collision on some of the items, meaning that you can go under beds and pass through rails (and zombies pass through walls), but overall it wasn't a determent to the experience. good work!
Thanks for playing polenya! Yeah I was planning on adding the collisions, just ended up running out of time. Thanks, I am glad you enjoyed it!
I have been playing through Entangl, pretty cool concept fits the theme of joined together very well! Having a tough time figuring out the puzzle, but I will continue to play and work through it.
we had a hard time with the time restraints ourselves, so no worries. I admit I also got stuck a bit when playtesting our game, but it's quite satisfying once you figure it out (i made sure to add the controls in the description, since we ran out of time to add text to the game ;;). I'm glad you enjoyed Entangl! :)
